This is not so important compared to things that threaten men's freedom like new anti male laws being passed or other inequalities men face, but it's an opinion I have and I wanna warn other men (who might enjoy watching anime) to not watch this garbage.

Most anime media have misandry undertones in them IMO, examples like "chainsaw man" where a 30 year old woman grooms a 16 year old guy and everyone is ok with it, but "black lagoon" gotta be the most misandry fuelled anime ever, u have a female protagonist who threatnes every man she sees or fights with castration, she even says the word exactly as it is, "you do this or I'm gonna castrate you".

Every male character in that series is either dumb or weak af, and obviously when she fights men she mocks them and threatens to emasculate them and castrate them, and almost everytime she indeed does humiliate them, but when she fights women (very rarely) she doesn't do any of that, even chatgpt agrees with everything I said, on top of that, u have one scene where another woman from the show kicks a guy in the nuts, but her shoe has a knife blade on it, she basically cuts his testicles in half, and guess what? in every platform that specific scene is posted everyone in the comments laughs, or finds it super funny for some reason saying things like "she turned him into a woman real fast".

The whole anime seems to strangely and oddly love the idea of men being castrated or Humiliated if it was a guy protagonist who was doing this thing to women in an anime everyone and their mom would say that this is misogynistic.

Anyways again if you're into anime DO NOT watch this Garbo, just a warning, also please I wanna read yalls opinion on this specific anime or in anime in general about misandry, cuz we already know western media are full of misandry, so I tried to see if anime which are primarily Japanese have less misandry in them... I guess I learned something
