You know your doing something right when you got Haters 🤷‍♂️ I would just look at those people as your “fans” . They’re worried about you and you should feel pride in that

Easiest dread to pull on LTR: One day of the week you should dress a little better than you do usually (just showered, hair is looking clean, dressed good) and then your girl will take notice of how good you look today. Got to make sure it’s not too much or it’ll seem as if ur trying too hard -Here’s the good part: When your done with your day of errands or whatever and your chillin at your place with your girl. Tell your gf that some girl at the store liked he way you dressed and was talking ab…

You also got to realize. Other people’s lives are just as fucked up, if not more fucked up than urs. DO NOT put other people’s value ahead of urself. YOU are the most important person.

You need to unapologetically be whoever tf you wanna be. You prolly subconsciously think that person you knew from the past is judging you and you can feel the pressure of that. If you REALLY don’t give a shit, then you will unapologetically be yourself, how you are with “new” people. This will come with practice, time, and realization that who tf gives a fuck anyway!! Life goes on , just do you and if someone don’t like it, then who cares. If anything that person is more unhappy w themselves if…

Gym and maintaining good heath (eating good, protein shakes, sleeping good, looking at your results in the mirror) all give you one aspect of your life you can be prideful of. Plus, you will look better and internally feel confident because of it. As of your social anxiety, maybe take some MDMA (molly/Ecstasy) it’s been studied and shown that it helps autistic and socially anxious people. I’ve dealt with social anxiety Mildly and more in recent times. The MDMA helped me think different about the…

Bro you legit described my whole life. Junior in college as well and the same little social things your experiencing I am too. I go to uni hours away from my hometown. I also have friends but I don’t have a set social circle where I can hang out most days out of the week with. In an LTR and (sadly but I got to be real here) we have hung out a lot this year due to me not being able to live the ppl I was originally going to due to financial reasons, and now I live with randoms who are I’m chill wi…

I feel these type of shakes are easiest to drink in like 3 chugs. Doing it quickly is much easier. Drinking it like a regular drink is torture

Your gonna have to re-invent yourself. Law 25 of “48 Laws of power” states to Re-create yourself. This is not going to take a week or a month. It is a process, trying to find the true beast within you. “Fake it, till you make it” works as long as your taking your W’s from social events and building upon them on future social encounters. At the end of the day, true confidence is built and created fast from outside sources telling you that you have been upgrading. Don’t look for validation, but pe…

Same situation as you, junior in college, left for university 6 hrs away from home and been losing high school friends left and right. Weird thing is, even though I got social anxiety I was pledging a fraternity last year spring quarter but back in the summer fell back to my Bp ways. Last quarter was a hell of a wreck, and ghosted hella friends and kinda went antisocial. I’m currently sitting on quite a couple acquaintances in college. My New Years resolution was to stop being a pussy and also t…

Take some MDMA man, works wonders with social anxiety. Search it up MDMA is molly/Ecstasy. Might be weird but I had bad social anxiety before as well. My mom was a narcissist and instilled this belief that I was never good enough. Went to a rave and took some E and you really start to appreciate your existence and everything feels right. Will definitely give you hope. Search it up at least. Joe Rogan has also spoke on this in his podcasts

Looks like you already lost her. But a text the day before or day of Friday telling her to go out again won’t hurt. It’s just Tinder man, shoot your shot, you don’t got nothing to lose.

Do not tell her. Go to a Therapist and sort yourself out. Read once that men have to suffer in silence. You will be deemed weak and beta

Get another “fresh” start. Go into monk mode and reset your thinking just how you did when you discovered TRP. I too had a down spiral this past summer up until the holdiays, but literally the start of the New year made me reset my ways. I’m trying to constantly improve myself and be more courageous I was the last day.. Hope this helps, your not the only one grinding bro 💪🏼🦍 keep at it

Get a job on campus. That’s the best way to start new circles and you seeing them at work often keeps your contact up. It’ll be a matter of time till you hang out with people outside of work

Start Lifting! Purchase a big box of Protein (I feel those $40-$50 push you more to go when starting off) Create a schedule. No Fap!! Improve yourself everyday, socially, strength, better habits/hobbies, make new friends. Monk mode basically.

Monk Mode my friend. You say you have a hard time making intimate connections, why is that? You sound lonely and you must work on that. I once read that us humans are social animals, it is our duty to have social connections. "Know yourself".. Figure out why you are not able to make these connections. You are human and have it in you. BUT I suspect you have a burden brother. you must let go of that... Whats that saying, "knowledge is power". Gotta figure yourself out bro, meditate, read, whateve…

I got the same problem, One-on-One I’m Fine (I get laid often, and my game is pretty good with girls one-on-one). But once I get into a group setting I get more into the background and I hate it. I feel it has to with social anxiety and being in my head too much. As well as thinking negative thoughts and thinking too much about the future (currently working on that.) Anybody got any youtubers or sources of information to help with Confidence/anxiety?

Say yes to more invites. GO TO PARTY’s. That is where females are craving and wanting Dick at the end of the night. You probably never had alcohol before, once you start drinking at parties everything will become easier, socially wise. Keep lifting, bettering your looks. Not going to say you have to drink but if your that desperate, alcohol can make it easier. Stay safe with it though. If you have to start low on the Totem Pole my guy. Ugly girls are the best way to get into the sexual scene, ea…

I’ve become self-aware of my thoughts and anxiety when I’m in a social situation. Just like you used to, I always rank my social status by other people’s opinions/how they react to my conversation. This has been one thing bothering me for months, to the point where I am not acting myself and being more quiet than normal in social situations. (Family members have even thrown out comment or two on how quiet I am being. (I’m currently at a University and only come back home for Thanksgiving, X-mas,…

I’ve had the same feelings with this “anxiety” you have been experiencing. From personal experience, you most likely are caring too much about what other people think of you. I noticed that all my “anxiety” and awkwardness started to happen during my first year of college. I went to college 7 hours away from home, so I came to college knowing nobody. This is where I started to feel the more harsher effects of this “anxiety” and awkwardness with people came. I would make a lot of small talk with …

Why are you still live at your mom’s house at 22-23. Move out already and find hobbies that will you out improving your masculinity. I agree, boxing sounds perfect. Don’t be afraid to have healthy competitive (trash) talk.
