If you're stuck at a certain weight, problem is either: Not working intensely enough Too much volume of exercise, or Not enough time between workouts

You're in a similar place as myself, in that my wife no longer wants me to CIM (though she will do oral aside from that) and won't do anal. What Ive learned is to increase SMV, frame, and dread. I think a big thing is when you are working on your MAP, she starts realizing that she is a complement to your life, but that she really isn't a necessity. This starts changing the whole relationship dynamic. I once read an article by a feminist saying that women will usually only do anal unless the man …

My view is the crossing the street thing isn't the real problem. The real problem is that she feels the need to defy you. I'd you're recently res pill give it a while and she if this changes as you progress. It needs to for you to stay in a LTR with her. The street crossing isn't a hill to die on, but her overall attitude needs to change at some point.

You mean it's risky and a lot of work, so you don't want to do it. Your choice. As far as investments, personally I'm in real estate, but that isn't best for everyone. Obviously, there should be a lot of self education before investing or starting any business.

I think being an employee indefinitely is for suckers. You need to work on investments and/or your own business, so that eventually you can have control over your own time while still having a good income.

Don't focus on 'techniques'. Focus on increasing your value and your frame. That's what you want to build on.

Wanting to 'open up ' and 'be intimate' are due to social conditioning and emotional neediness. They don't work well in the long run with women. This need is just something you need to work through and be rid of. Women are a nice complement to a man's life, but of you have an emotional 'need' for them you are on trouble.

I knew a guy who dis those in college. He did it with 2 or 3 women and then word got around. No one would date him after that. He ended up getting expelled for repelling down a dorm building. He was a crazy fucker.

The reason you ask this question is because you're trying to hamster a rationalization for your gf seeing other guys. The real problem is that you are very BP. Maybe after this relationship ends badly you'll be more open to change.

It isn't worth having a gf unless she's really, really into you. This chick isn't. Move on. No need to say anything to her about her friend.

I'd invite her to do something with you. She will accept or she won't. Either way, remember she really doesn't matter. She is just one of many women you'll be seeing over the next year.

Don't contact her again and move on. If she happens to contact you again with more interest fine, if not move on. You DO NOT want to be in a position where you are trying to qualify for her. You are better than that.

AWALT refers to the underlying hypergamy programming that they all have. Not all women actually act it out. Some have had it repressed by the their upbringing or other influences. Some are too timid to act it out etc. However, they all have the hypergamous drive down deep and the potential to act on it. Regarding n count, women also don't count guys they bang on vacation. I've asked women about this and they don't even seem to understand why vacation lays would count. Some might not count one ni…

Lots of things you could say. You'll probably get lots of suggestions. What you DON'T say is anything trying to console her concerns.

Vamos wey. I've never used Tinder (I've been married now for 7 years), but this seems to be strictly for hooking up/quick sex. It sounds like you were on an old school awkward first date. Sounds like a frame problem for you, so work on that (sidebar). She may have been hoping you'd escalate and get to sex quickly. Even if she wasn't thinking that, you should have been. Because you didn't, she moved on. Siguiente.

2/3 of the adult population is either overweight or obese. If you aren't overweight then that alone puts you in the top 1/3, as far as your weight. Actually being in shape moves you up above the 33% percentile, probably to the 20% or better. Of course, you also want to increase your SMV in ways other than the physical.

I had one like this once. Turned out she was married. I don't think you need to worry about it right now. Just make sure she stays just a plate. But this is a red flag for a LTR. Don't go there.

You may be right. I've had girls tell me in person that they had a BF, like they were expecting me to be angry. I would just laugh and say I don't care. I've also had a few married women explicitly ask me to go to bed with them, when their husbands were acquaintances or friends of mine. Women can be unbelievable.
/r/askTRP11/10/18 01:18 PM

Does an in-shape 40+ yo woman have it better than an older man who is out of shape? Maybe. I don't know stats on overweight/obesity according to age. However, their physical appearance is the main thing that makes women attractive to men, whereas for men this is much less so. This means that even an out of shape older man can still be somewhat attractive. You think women in their 30s and 40s have more options compared to men? This is obviously false. Just look at the marriage and remarriage stat…

Starting off on the red pill you are better off to concern yourself with increasing your own SMV and frame. That will help a lot with getting 'friend zoned' and other specific little issues like these. For the "Can't you see I have a crush on you" maybe go cocky/funny. Like "Yeah, I know, but I don't think you could handle me in bed." If a girl talks to you about a guy in a sexual way you could start talking even more explicitly about what she should do with him sexually (sort of agree and ampli…

I don't get guys who won't see a girl with a BF. I could maybe see this for one who is married, even though lots of them are on the prowl too. Having a BF means next to nothing. And drama? You'll likely only see/sleep with her a few times and then move on anyway.

This is a shit test. You have no choice but to demote her back to plate. Otherwise, you will have trained her that this type of behavior is ok. Text for her to "Have fun" with her friend, then not communicate with her for a few days. After a few days text her that you want to start seeing other people (i.e. demote her back to plate). Don't explain why or mention her canceling your plans.

First thought: start documenting things that demonstrate unfitness in being a mother. Failing to address the broken fridge, not making meals, etc. It may not be a huge help in a custody battle, but it might help.

Compare them to what they looked like at 22. Or what hot 22 year olds look like now. There is no comparison or exaggeration. This is the kind of thing 40 yo women try to convince people of.

She has broken one of your boundaries and you didn't enforce it. She will wait a little while and then begin breaking more. Each team she will lose more respect for you. What the boundaries are don't matter. You just need to know how you will enforce them.

I've seen a few like this. Especially highly educated girls. They are trying to live up to a "Sex and the City" fantasy image. Doesn't matter. Just carry on as you normally would.

For me, it's a matter of realizing internally that the kind of idealized love we can want like this does not exist. The hard part is coming to know it in your guts, not just your head. Still working on it myself.

A number of times I had plates say "I need to tell you something...." and then it would be that they had a bf or husband. I would just laugh and say I don't care. I think they like the drama of fessing up, and it also makes them feel a little less guilty.

When you break up with her she will ask if it's about her sleeping over with this guy. Even if you don't say it is, she will try to argue you into accepting her having the sleepover. If that doesn't work, she will try to bargain with you. If that doesn't work her last ditch effort will be accepting not sleeping over with this guy. Be ready for that shit with something like "No, this is over. Thanks for the good times, but adios." Let us know how it goes.

He has sort of a men need a mission view and that men need to move up a dominace hierarchy to be attractive to women. However, he sees men and women as equals, and that a good beta provider is an alpha, which of course is horseshit. He's intelligent, but total blue pill.

The problem isn't her going on a gno. It's that she wants to go on one, rather than thinking about how to keep you happy. The way you write about this suggests you would be better off not in a LTR until your frame and smv are better.

To get into a LTR she should basically be begging for the LTR. If she's calling you drunk from a bar doesn't sound like that's the case. Id step back to nonrelationship status with her.

She isn't taking you out and treating you like a king. She is bribing you to help her create some drama with another guy. If you accept this arrangement then you become her bitch. Time to reevaluate that LTR.

How many times have you seen her over these two weeks? Seeing a woman more than once or twice a week is likely to bring on clingy crap like this. If you are actually seeing other women I wouldn't think you'd have had time to see her more than a couple times in two weeks. At this point I'd not call her for a couple weeks while you go out with other chicks. If her behavior is better after a couple weeks absence work her back into your rotation. Part of the point of having plates is so you don't ha…

Another possibility: she is playing a long game of leaving you, and is just playing nice right now with an ulterior motive. Just CYA and make sure you don't get screwed. From what you have written, if it was me I'd take at a few months to work on myself, and then leave her. She doesn't sound worth hanging around to me. Good luck.

It takes 2 months of weight training to see increases in muscle mass. You should see strength gains before that (due to neural adaptations), but muscle mass won't increase visibly for 2 months. This is a fact from exercise physiology. Keep at it. Regarding the mental part/psychological side, you're not going to change years of conditioning in a few weeks. Keep going!

I've been where you are, and am working myself out of it. All the advice regarding martial arts, lifting, MAP, etc. is great and necessary. However, for me a critical thing has been recognizing that the root of this insecurity came from the conditioning that I needed to live to please someone else. This is all the old blue pill conditioning. Nothing else could have helped me get over this insecurity without recognizing and addressing the attitude that I need to live to please a woman, God, or an…

Interesting story. Going 2 months with no sex at all sounds tough. I suppose if nothing else works I will try that. I'll keep in mind the 10 month time frame you used. My wife isn't super religious, but some sexual repression was definitely pounded into her growing up (by her Mexican mother). She told me she had sex with 1 guy prior to meeting me (when she was 27), and stopped seeing him after they had sex because she felt so guilty about it. She's actually more uncomfortable me giving her oral …

Just went back to lifting a couple weeks ago. I'm not too out of shape (6' 1", 180 lbs, 15% bf), but want to replace 15 lbs of body fat with muscle mass. I also used to practice and teach martial arts, and am making plans to restart that as well.

From what I understand, a complete schlub can't just say to himself "I'm the man" and start demanding things of his woman, because she won't see him as high SMV. While I'm not a complete schlub, I'm thinking I would be better served to increase my SMV, dread, etc. before 'taking what I want'. Trying to find Sex God Method. Thanks.
