It's not some kind of femenist bias though, it's honest belief, which is actually better for everyone, since awareness can beat that hands down. Same as the wage gap argument. Standard argument, men hold women back etc. Reality is there isn't one, at least not the way people think there is. Womens pay will drop to the 80% levels (don't have stats on me, so don't treat numbers as gospel) because they leave the workforce for the 5 years it takes to get a kid to school.
