Max the protein, limit carbs as best you can (keto at least a portion if the time), work hard. I have the opposite problem. I need to eat as much as I can all the time to maintain weight. If I don’t work out a lot I just deteriorate. I am big, but maintaining mass has always been hard work for me.

I am working for one of the big tech companies involved in PRISM. I won't say which one because I don't want to be too specific. It really is bullshit, and I am not happy they tried to pull this shit. I believe my contract says thing about developing apps or programs, but as far as I can remember: that was it. I think they are just trying to spook us into not doing anything they might not like out of working hours. It's unconscionable really... :/

I appreciate the response, and that's what I thought too. But one of the examples used in the talk given was that of a screenplay. I did not attend the meeting as I am on vacation right now, but a buddy of mine gave me the low-down and that's what he told me. I don't see how that could possibly be legally binding if it has nothing to do with the role I perform. It seems unconscionable.
