True. HR is mostly populated by females & they do the original screenings of the resumes. I think the majority of them are pretty lazy & just try to find 'quantifiables' so they can be even lazier. I've been lucky in that where I used to work (insurance broker) most of the people came in from personal contacts. We've had some really competent women CSRs. No college degree or certifications, just really good at their jobs.

I've been trying to be like that too. I used to listen to conservative radio for an hour or two then progressive radio for an hour or two. You've got to try the 'edge of bed' / standing missionary technique... Testosterone gets converted (aromatized) to estrogen by the body too. High bodyfat is a contributor. High estrogen can suppress your test. Actually, not where I used to work (for the past 20 years). I think it's just hiring / the culture. We did have one bad year (most of our office's revenue was made in a 3 month period). Several of the ladies would cry then get back on the phones to see if we could get part of the business that we were losing. (Certain types of insurance policies.) My dad used to have a restaurant. There is often a quality difference. My ex ( in FL) has to work with a team in the Philippines that checks out the code at night, fucks it up, & checks it in so the FL folks can fix it the next day (or when an undetected error happens & the on-call person has to handle it.) I think the purse they take to parties & stuff is an accessory that they change to match their outfits. In the Army I knew some guys with Philippina wives. They did seem to be focused on the 'bigger better deal' more than average. The Panamanian wives seemed, on average, this way too. I got really sick back in January 2020 and my breathing is still sub par. My muscles also shake when I try to do anything strenuous. I'm a shit show. I have to just get over it and see if I can train my way out of it. I used to lift 4-6 days a week and do elliptical for 30 minutes or so once or twice a day. I think the low carb OMAD was great for weight loss.
