So I work at a grocery store, and I was working in the deli last week. I saw one of the saddest things I've seen in a long time. A man came up and told me he had a large order and that it would take us a while. No problem. I'll slice however much you want. He also mentioned that his wife was "the queen" and we needed to be done with his order by the time she finished her other shopping. His order was like 3 half pounds of meat and a pound of cheese. When his "queen" came back, I was on the last half pound of meat, and she was NOT happy that I wasnt done yet. She blamed it on her husband and he just laughed it off and said "the queen gets what she wants". It took everything I had to hold my tongue when I handed over the rest of the order. I know hes a simp and deserves what hes getting, but it still hurt to see a man being downright abused like that. She was cruel to him in front of me and my fellow employees because she didn't get exactly what she wanted. AWALT
