Correct. Don’t be the guy she cries to about all the other guys that get to bang her and treat her bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 04:37 PM

Well the fallacy is that if you have some female friends they’ll hook you up with their friends. It might work for some people but for the majority it’s just not the truth. Not once in my entire life has anything close to this ever come to fruition. And trust me I’ve asked countless acquaintances and friend’s significant others if they had any friends they could hook me up with and they all were like oh no.

If they are so hell-bent on “equality“ tell them to try to survive without the massive subsidies they get from the NBA.

Why work hard when you don’t have to? When your inbox is overflowing there’s no need to put any effort in. Plus that exposes the main issue with the dating apps is you can be pickier when your selection is wide. An average girl will get more messages in a day than the average guy will get in a lifetime.

And how many times has this happened in the past. All history is suspect unless you actually witnessed it firsthand.
/r/MensRights03/03/26 02:58 PM

I have asked literally hundreds of men why they put up with loudmouth bossy shrieking shrews. Every one of them without fail has told me the exact same thing. “that’s just how it is man you wouldn’t understand”

There’s plenty of decent men out there. The problem is women are not attracted to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 03:03 AM

It’s also more of the double speak. If she’s into you, she wants to keep pursuing. If she isn’t, she wants to leave her alone. When you get cruelly rejected trust me that’s a sign to not pursue it anymore.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/25 06:24 PM

This is a great example of how women talk out of both sides of their mouth. They will say oh you didn’t chase me hard enough and it’s like you told me you weren’t interested and I quit pursuing you.

Plus there’s also the fallacy that if you’re friends with women they’ll hook you up with some of their friends. Never happened to me once in my whole life.

Unfortunately it’s become a catch all term for below average guys that struggle with dating.

It’s the same reason I basically don’t date. I live in a very wealthy part of the country and I’m certainly not one of them. It’s hard to compete with guys that make 20 times the money that you do
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/25 02:26 PM

For those of us that don’t make much money it’s not a viable option. I would entertain the thought if I had more disposable income.

I used to work with a guy who knocked up a chick he had a one night stand with. She was a real piece of work too. They tried to coparent for a year and a half and one day she just showed up on his doorstep and said here’s your kid I’m moving away. And that was it he was a full-time dad and never wanted to be.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/25 01:53 PM

There’s a difference between getting ghosted by someone you met once and getting ghosted by someone you were in an actual relationship with. The second one happened to me. Good times.

Women tend to talk in incomplete sentences. When they say I don’t get any attention, they mean I don’t get any attention from the guys I want attention from. Their inbox is overflowing, but it’s all men they are not interested in and they refuse to “settle.” Most men under a certain threshold get zero attraction and zero interest. And that threshold grows higher all the time. There’s only so many 6’4” giga-Chad billionaires to go around and all those guys have their pick and don’t have so settle…

That was part of the old Tom Leykis 101 shtick. Just hang out at a bar and ignore all the women and eventually they’ll wonder why you’re not paying attention to them. The fatal flaw in this is it only works if you’re someone she would be interested in in the first place. If you’re the wrong side of the 80/20 scale you’re invisible to her.

I’m sure all the technicians that work on the crew were appreciative of that. If I were them I would’ve just walked off and let them figure it out
/r/MensRights01/11/24 11:07 PM

The problem is they look at other people that are TikTok stars and influencers and they’re making ungodly amounts of money by basically doing nothing so why the hell would they go be a diesel mechanic for $18 an hour or an HVAC tech for $20 an hour. Every day I see Goldman Sachs guys walking into their office in nice suits making 10 times the money I do. Why would they wanna go work on a roof when they can sit inside and make a quarter million dollars a year pushing paper around.

At the end of the day, I’m not a bad guy. But because I don’t really bring anything special to the table i.e. good looks, great income, I just get overlooked. I’m not a provider, I’m not someone who is attractive that they can show off their friends. So I just get ignored.

This was a much bigger deal 30 and 40 years ago. I had long hair for many years and there was a lot of jobs I got turned away from because I didn’t want to cut it. So now when I see guys with long hair working at regular jobs it makes me feel good.

There’s a saying “you can’t negotiate desire.” Yes there’s some people that were friends that because a couple. But it’s the exception to the rule. Ask the millions of guys in the friendzone.

What happened to I’m strong and independent and don’t need a man for anything…
/r/MensRights17/07/24 09:22 PM

Because we’ve gotten so soft in a first world society we take a lot of things for granted. Like that our garbage just gets picked up twice a week and we have clean water supplies to our houses and roads and electrical grid just seem to exist. 99% of all that was invented designed and constructed by men. I love calling feminists out when they go I’m a strong and independent woman that doesn’t need a man for anything. I’m like you depend on men for everything in the world because they don’t think …
/r/MensRights09/07/24 03:24 PM
1

How much more though? If she makes $155,000 and he makes $140,000 that's similar. If she makes $350,000 and he makes $47,000 then maybe you have a point.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/24 02:45 PM

And this in turn hurts the girls that are 4’s and 5’s because they occasionally get with a guy that’s an 8 or 9 and then think that’s their standard now. So they shun the guys at their level and the 80/20 rule turns into the 95/5 rule.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/24 10:26 PM
2

It’s a one in a million success ratio and you can’t negotiate desire. I’m not gonna sit around and watch someone go through 20 other guys just for the off chance she might look my way in a weak moment and go ummm hey he’s ok after all.

/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/24 11:48 PM

And the thing is these women seem to feel that because it happens to them it happens to everybody. They’re like why don’t you just pick one of the 832 new matches you got today and go with that?

/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 02:34 AM

She sounds very tiring and annoying. So basically her advice is plow through every guy you can until you find that magic golden unicorn (BTW every other female on the planet is chasing him as well) but somehow you’ll be the special one that lands him. Sounds like a plan.

Yeah I found out it’s better to go to a male therapist if you can find a decent one. Women just do not have the same life experience and the same perspective of things.

/r/MensRights09/06/24 02:25 PM

All that really means is women mature physically slightly faster than men do. Trust me I’ve met women in their 40s and 50s that have the mental maturity of a 12-year-old.

Women also tend to dominate the “makework“ jobs like HR and PR and marketing. There’s tons of late 20s -early 30s women that do jobs that don’t need to exist that are making high five and low six figures and there’s plenty of guys working a trade and get dirty and work outside and make 50 grand a year.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 01:27 AM

The happiest I ever was in my life was a year I was in a relationship with a wonderful person. And after it ended I was even worse than I was before because I saw what a normal life could actually be.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/24 09:23 PM
6

This is the answer. Trust me I have hung out with athletes and musicians that everybody would know their name and things that would happen to them on a Tuesday in Milwaukee are things that would never happen to you in your entire life.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/24 08:20 PM
3

Well the issue is some of us do the best we can and we’re still not at the level of some other people. Nobody sent me to a fancy college and gave me a cushy job because of who my dad golfs with. I have three jobs in my 50s and I’m barely scraping by. Yes I’ve made some dumb decisions in my life but that is my reality. Also I live in a part of the country (south Florida) where there’s a lot of money and I don’t have any of it.

/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/24 09:29 PM

Yes they do. If their choices are plumber that makes $50,000 a year or a lawyer that makes $250,000 a year they will pick the lawyer.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/24 08:17 PM
1

What do you do for a career determines how much money you make and your net worth. Plus it’s a bragging right thing. Saying I date a plumber or a mechanic is not as socially acceptable as dating a doctor or a lawyer.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/03/24 07:48 PM
2

I disagree with that statement. The problem is women can be overly picky. You’ve probably met many guys in your life that would love to be with you and would treat you great. But you probably turned them away because they were 5’6” and made 50 grand a year and didn’t have “swag”.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 07:54 PM
3

Ironically you’re making my point for me. Just because society has determined some arbitrary standards that I don’t fit I’m just supposed to not be allowed to play the game? I’m not attracted to fat loud mouth women. So I just have to settle for nothing I guess. Which is what I’ve gotten in my whole life but thanks for the input.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 04:24 PM

Lots of good takes here thank you for posting it. Even with years of therapy sometimes completely rewiring your brain isn’t possible. How do I just wake up one day and get over the 40+ years of hating what I see in the mirror and lamenting my poor genetics and lack of ability to have a decent career. Yes some of that is my fault but some of that is out of my control. And yes I’ve tried therapy, after four visits they’re trying to give me career advice and not fix why I’m still angry at my father
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 02:09 PM
5

Well the question is how far do we lower our standards? I am not interested in obese loudmouth women with two different baby daddies in prison. I’ve tried going to the gym it doesn’t work I’ve chronicled that here so I won’t waste my time explaining it. This notion that oh go the gym for a couple months and buy a new shirt and I’m gonna go from 3 to 8 overnight. It doesn’t work like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 02:06 PM

You can’t negotiate desire. There’s no switch you can flip in the back of her head which she’s not looking that’s gonna make her look at you go oh yeah I’m attracted to this guy now.

I’ve been a musician and have had motorcycles all my life. Hasn’t done me one bit of good in attracting women. But I’m short and ugly and poor. It can’t be that though…

I try to look good but sometimes there’s only so much you can do. Like that old saying you can’t polish a turd. There isn’t any shirt I can buy that is going to change my face or make me taller.

It isn’t the getting a passport. I have one. It’s the how do I take several weeks away from my three jobs, and spend more than I spent on my car to hopefully bump into somebody on the other side of the world that’s not repulsed by me like most women are. The view’s not worth the climb.

Exactly. When women start protesting about working on offshore oil rigs, working third shift at the sewage plant and being an underwater welder then I’ll take them seriously. Their idea of “running things” is sitting in an air conditioned office barking orders.

In a way, yes. I don’t have to worry about college or braces or keeping the wife in a new SUV every two years or putting a roof on my house. I just do as I please and I don’t have to “ask the boss” permission to do things like buy motorcycles or more guitars.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 06:15 PM

Exactly. Her “career” was basically bought by her father. It’s not like she was shopping her demo tape around in between her waitressing jobs.

Yeah the patriarchy has really hindered her career. And by that I mean her entire career has been at the behest of men starting with her rich daddy that bought her career, all the producers and engineers and musicians that worked on her garbage music. I’m sure there’s tons of females driving the buses and doing the rigging for her sound and lights too.

Yeah, my mother did that to my father, his entire life. My father was very handy and there was nothing he couldn’t build fix or modify. It’s usually said by people that have very easy and unchallenging lives. They don’t realize that men do all the dirty hidden work of society. Where do they think their electricity comes from? How do they think their garbage gets picked up twice a week? What happens after you flush the toilet and clean water comes back. There’s a process to make that happen. Also, who do they take the car to to fix etc.

Sometimes it isn’t the splitting of duties, but the level that some people feel that cleanliness is achieved. What is clean and acceptable to some people is horrible and gross to other people. I’ve cohabitated with a platonic female, who frequently whines that my half of the house is not up to her standards where I look at it and go well it doesn’t bother me.

When we were younger, me and my sister both got an allowance. She just got hers. I had to take out the trash, cut the grass, and clean the pool. She also lived at home for free until she was 27 and got all her college paid for while mom had her hand out the day I turned 18 demanding room and board. Much later in life I faltered for a brief time and went to live with our mother and she complained that I was getting it easy. I read her the riot act about how she was treated much differently than I…

I was a P1 it was worth it so I could listen to the archives but after a while it turned into a beg-a-thon. Plus he spent $1 million out of his own pocket to build a studio and had Gary & Dino and an engineer on salary in a time where Podcasters have a $50 microphone and a $300 laptop and have a top 10 show.

That’s why so many guys make it out of the friendzone. Oh wait…

Because boobs are way more attractive than buttholes. Also men tend to not visit the doctor for years whereas women are always there.

What about those of us that aren’t overweight but are just not attractive. I’m the same size I was when I was 12 5’5” and 135 pounds so I’m just short and slim.

It’s a better status for her around her friends if she’s with a doctor or a lawyer or an investment banker. Trust me, she’s not dragging Hank the welder to one of her fancy society events.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 04:12 PM

The problem is the gym can only accomplish so much. No amount of lifting could ever fix me being short or having an unattractive face or having an empty bank account. So sometimes it’s a cost/benefit ratio. How hard do I have to work for the little amount of gains I get.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 01:45 PM
1

College educated men tend to make more money than blue-collar men, and also are seen as a “higher status“ person. Women brag about being married to a doctor. They do not brag about being married to a welder.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/23 01:24 PM
2

It’s also something they use to show off their SMV. “Oh look I was able to attract a 6’4” Chad I must be the hottest”
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 04:35 PM
2

That’s just something left over in the caveman dna. Gotta find a provider and a protector.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/23 04:30 PM

The problem is, if it’s something arbitrary like hey I don’t like blue eyes. That’s one thing. But when 95% of the female population would not even piss on you if you were on fire because you’re seen as “defective“ then it gets a little difficult to rationalize.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/23 06:07 PM
2

But how often does that happen? Are you seriously telling me that a guy who’s a 3 has 7’s coming up to him and he rudely turns them away? Not likely unless he’s somebody rich and famous. The average schlub doesn’t have those kinds of options.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/23 11:55 AM
4

Because they’re women.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/23 06:06 PM

When you’re a skinny dork with glasses it’s really easy to not get laid at 16. Trust me…

This. Be attractive. Don’t be unattractive…
/r/MensRights29/09/23 08:36 PM

It’s that 90+ percent of the population has already deemed me as unacceptable before I even get a chance to play the game do to circumstances out of my control. But then to have them as has been mentioned above that, they just gaslight us and refuse to take responsibility.

Tom was great right up until his original radio show ended. When he did the Internet only show unfortunately it was just an echo chamber because part of the appeal of the show was someone would stumble across it and then call in and get schooled by Tom on how ignorant she was. After the 2016 election he went full-blown nuts with his TDS and was completely unbearable I haven't paid attention to him in years.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/23 01:52 AM
2

Agreed with this. It doesn’t matter how well groomed I keep myself or how nice my clothes are. I’m still a short, skinny not attractive guy. You can only polish a turd so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/23 08:40 PM
3

How much do you think the "average guy" makes? That's an astronomical number for most people...
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 02:53 AM
13

Oh cool so all I need is $100,000 in plastic surgery and I'll be a Chad. I'll talk to my money manager in the morning.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 01:08 AM
1

Because it only goes so far. There’s a cost/benefit ratio to consider. In my case as a short, bald ugly guy it would be a Herculean task to go from a 3 to a 3 1/2. I try to be as well-groomed and well dressed as I can and it’s all for naught. It’s a silly notion to say oh if you just exfoliate better, buy some new clothes and hit the gym and you’ll go from a 5 to an 8 in a few weeks and you’ll get over the hump of being invisible.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/23 05:01 PM
1

Much as guys like myself who are short, not attractive and have no money. We don’t even get to play the game much less hope to win.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/22 09:52 PM
1

Mystery is a tall good-looking guy who was most likely a natural so peacocking was just an addition. If you’re an awkward short 3 you might wanna leave the top hat and pink feather boa at home.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/22 08:06 PM
2

The hard part is there’s a thin line between peacocking and looking like a douchenozzle. We’ve all seen those guys that try too hard and are just doing clown game. Don’t be that guy…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/22 08:04 PM
1

People don't wanna hear the truth. When I get asked how come I'm single my answer is well I'm short, ugly and poor. Not a big mystery. Anyone I would want can do better than me. Then it's the usual oh that's not true I'm sure there's plenty of women that would want to be with you. Well ok so where are they? Oh and I'm a musician and I ride motorcycles. You think that helps? Think again...
/r/MensRights17/12/22 03:27 PM
2

It facilitates them believing they're where they think they are on the SMV scale. Oh look at me I got a top 5% man I must be really hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/22 02:15 PM
1

In 40 years I can count on one hand and have fingers left over all the times a female friend or acquaintance tried to hook me up with someone. That speaks on how they view me.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/22 12:02 AM
1

Not once in my entire life had one of my female "friends" ever tried to hook me up. If they're just one of your "friends they basically see you as a eunuch and totally a non sexual being.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/22 03:25 PM
1

Essentially it's both. But for different reasons. Men choose who they approach by their standards. Women choose who they get involved with by their standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/22 07:18 PM
1

It’s about prestige and her bragging rights. Her saying oh I’m dating a lawyer sounded better than her saying I’m dating a welder. Even though the welder might make more money he’s still not a “professional”.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/22 09:16 PM
2

Women frequently discount their role in who they pick. Every woman that cries”oh every guy I end up with is a jerk.” No, every guy YOU PICK is a jerk. Women have the upper hand because men do the majority of approaching. So yeah you had plenty of decent guys approach you but YOU passed them over for the guy with the neck tattoo and the prison record. They have broken pickers but refuse to admit it. These are the same one that constantly complain about drama but they are the cause of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/22 09:46 PM
1

No I’m quite sure my lack of any attractive qualities is the reason for my lack of success. Could I improve myself? Maybe. It would take a Herculean effort for me to go from a 3 to a 3 1/2. And what if it does nothing? That’s effort I could have put somewhere else.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/22 11:44 PM

I bring nothing to the table. I'm short, unattractive and poor. Anyone I would want can do better. And trust me they do.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/22 04:40 PM

I keep a high level of cleanliness. Doesn't make a difference in my dating life. I can't wash my face enough so it looks different.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/21 09:39 PM
1

Much of my unattractiveness is my lack of success in life. It’s the main reason my ex left. I live in a part of the country where there’s a lot of money and I don’t have any. I got screwed in the looks department as well. So yes your success in life plays a big part in your dating success. More so when you get older.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/21 10:55 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/21 05:56 PM
1

The point I just don’t have tens of thousands of dollars for surgeries and HGH and hair transplants. I’m in my 50’s and it’s just about a wrap anyway. And even if I did all it’s gonna do it take me from a 3 to a 3 1/2. Some of us just got dealt a bad genetic hand and a bad life hand. So be it…

But the question is -- why would you marry a person that is un-rational? One thing I learned the hard was is that it's not her. It's them. They all do it. Your mom, Your sister. Your ex. Your buddy's wife, etc. It's just to what degree can you put up with it.

Here’s the dirty secret no one wants to talk about. Women are biologically programmed to pick an alpha male. Back in the day your survival depended on picking a mate who would keep you safe from predators and keep you housed and fed. Because we’ve gotten so soft in society that now any arrogant dickbag in their eyes still possesses those “alpha“ traits and that’s why they tend to gravitate toward those types.
/r/MGTOW04/06/21 04:38 PM

The problem is you set the bar too high. They expected that you went above and beyond to help them and it became the norm. Now when you don't it's gonna be oh whats the problem? You're gonna be seen as unwilling to help and also you'll have an "attitude problem."
/r/askTRP04/06/21 03:32 PM

Because women tend to have bad pickers and always choose bad men. They get accustomed to that behavior. Then they get with a decent guy because ohhh I'm tired of drama. But she thrives on the drama and when the so-called "nice guy" doesn't punch her in the face, wreck her car, bang her sister and steal from her she doesn't know what to do.

The trouble with “reaching out” is people don’t give a shit. Usually it’s “oh Jesus here we go again with grumpy Gus and his whining and complaining.” People they don’t feel or understand depression can’t relate. We just can’t “get over it” or “just forget it and be happy.” We’re not wired like that and after a while you just get tired of not being listened to or being marginalized.

If they haven't found a replacement for you yet and there's a growing mountain of shit work that only you can do that's a bad sign. Being the only one that does the shit work just means you'll work harder just to get more shit work and you'll just work harder. It's a vicious cycle.

It lets them live their dream of doing nothing. The better looking you are, the richer a man you can attract. How many rich, famous guy have you seen with fat, dumpy chicks? None. I've said this before and it bears repeating. Women are instinctively going to go after an alpha. However because they have a terrible judgment any arrogant douche bag is somehow seen as having Alpha characteristics. That's why you see them with scummy dudes because they have "Swag" which is frequently mistaken as confidence. And also if you're fortunate enough to be born tall and good-looking you're ahead of the rest of us who were not so fortunate in that confidence scale.

Agreed. The saying that chicks like older guys is partially true. They like older guys because they're more established and usually have a nice career and more disposable income. I went through this with my ex too. I'm a pro musician and tend to really only "work" weekends and an odd mid-week gig. She had an office job and had to be there 40 hour a week. Even though I would often make more than her in 2 nights I was lazy because I wasn't at the office getting yelled at like she was. She hated that I had a lot more free time than she did. Living with your parents after a certain age is pure hell. If your mom still treats you like a 12 year old it's rough. Also if you wanna date it's basically impossible. If it's a short term plan to save some cash then hang on as best as you can.

A lot of it depends on the business you’re in. I’m a full time musician and my entire industry has all but disappeared. I can’t just go get another job doing what I do. The $600 a week plus $125 from the state unemployment has been the only thing there kept me going. This is only the second time in my life I’ve been on unemployment. The other was 15 years ago when I was briefly between jobs. And yes I got offered a couple of “real jobs”. They’re bullshit $9 jobs.

Those guys are a small minority though. I’ve known guys that put up with the most unreal treatment and nonsense from their partners and justify it by saying well I get laid. Ok great but does that make the other 95% of time worth it?

"Just be attractive" is the saying. Well what if you're not... Nothing I can ever do will change my face, my height, my slim frame etc. I've worked out, I'm well groomed, well spoken. Nothing helped. I got handed a bad hand in the genetics department. And no, it's not "all in my head." A lifetime of rejection and disappointment is the evidence.

Agreed. It's only the top tier older guys that can date girls 20 years younger. And it's only because they have greater resources that the average guy. I'm in my 50's and I don't get attention from women in my peer group much less someone in their 30's because I'm way on the wrong side of the 80/20 scale.

Women date a guy because in her eyes he brings a value to her. Many times that value isn't as easily seen by others. Ever see a girl that's with a guy that everyone sees as a loser or a bum but she's totally into him? Her peers see it but in her view he's of some value to her.

Disclaimer: I know Aaron personally he’s a great guy. He’s not lying though. Part of the reason I’m not even considering dating anymore is there so few quality women out there. Especially at my age (early 50’s). If she’s quality someone locked her down a long time ago. I have no desire to chase after damaged goods or deal with someone else’s kids or her mental issues.

As I’ve posted elsewhere it wasn’t so much a decision as an acceptance. My dating life has been abysmal and my ex I’ve posted about here on several occasions was the only serious relationship I’ve ever had and that did not happen until I was 50. There’s nothing wrong with taking care of yourself and presenting yourself well. I have no problem with Rich I think he’s a good guy I’ve watched a lot of his videos. However the one thing guys like him don’t get is that just because it works for you doesn’t mean it works for everyone. Advice from tall, good-looking successful guys is of no use to me because I’m the opposite of that.

Being older I have no choice but to deal with older women. Trust me I’ve meet ones well into their 40’s that were no different that ones in their 20’s. My mom is in her 80’s and consistently makes terrible irrational decisions that I have to go and bail her out of.

Ahh the good old “my picker is broken” chick. Consistently makes bad decisions in picking guys and has been pumped and dumped by every Chad in a 50 mile radius. But “nice guys are so boring...” Nothing to see here move along...

That’s just dumb bitch logic 101. There’s been several times that I have made a play for a chick and got rejected and I figured OK cool she’s not interested. No harm no foul. Then down the line you find out well she was interested but you didn’t “try hard enough“ and I’m like you said you weren’t interested and I got the hint. I don’t have time to play stupid games.

When I lived in Vegas I had a job in the media and would regularly have to interact with the PR departments of the casinos. Without fail every one of them with some 29-year-old chick named Ashley or Tiffany or Jennifer. They were all as useless as tits on a bull. But somehow they had some cushy $80,000 a year job that was completely meaningless. So when they bitch about the wage gap just realize that.

That’s really one of the most disingenuous things these stupid twats say these days. There’s no good men. There are millions of good men. They just don’t meet their exceedingly high expectations. There’s only so many 6’4” chiseled billionaire Chads to go around. Ashley from HR would be horrified to be seen as someone who “settled“ for a guy that was a mechanic.

Just like one day a switch turned off in her head and she was done. I had done some handyman work for her father on and off he has some rental properties. He said that she never really said anything just one day you weren't around anymore. She was single quite a while before she met the new fiance and so it's not like she left me for him. I just got dumped for nothing. Lots of guys have said the same thing "Everything was great until the day she left." Fact is she was done way before she told yo…

It was great until her hypergamy kicked in. She didn't see a future with broke musician that refuses to get a "real" job was the reason she called it off. I'm a fulltime musician and my income is pretty up and down and it's not that great to begin with. She had a "normie" job and it became a deal-breaker for her. Guess she figured there's no way we were gonna buy a house together or have a "traditional" life. Also we're older I was 50 and she was 46 at the time. Was a couple of years ago. I gues…

They just want the attention of the ceremony. Remember it’s “her day”. The dress, the cake the party. All of the focus is on her. Women look for a partner like they’re casting a part in a movie. It’s not about who you are as a person it’s the bucket list of what you can provide for her. I've posted on here a few time about the unicorn I thought I found. Such a thing doesn't exist obviously. It's all about how close she comes to what you consider a quality partner. Have met very few "unplugged" men in the real world whenever I try to discuss MGTOW I just get looked at like I was a leper or something. Having said that I do get lonely. A partner would be nice but my SMV is basically zero if not in the negative so that's out of the question. Did m…

Hypergamy is a real thing. If you're a giga-Chad you could bang her for a while but at some point she's gonna start with the BS about getting a better job/car/house.

So exactly how was my answer dense? Guys go out with fake wedding rings on to pick up chicks because it shows them being more wanted. It’s a well-known fact that someone that’s coupled up is seen as a higher value. Many guys of said the same thing that when they’re single they get nobody when they’re together they get offers coming out of the woodwork
/r/askTRP14/02/20 10:24 PM
1

Women like older guys because they have their shit together the older they get. They're more of a catch. A 42 year old is much more likely to have an established career and more disposable income than a 28 year old. He can offer her more resources. A lot of chicks have daddy issues too. But is it a rule? Nope. There's no chicks in their 20's and 30's chasing after my broke ass just because I'm in my 50's.
/r/askTRP14/02/20 05:01 PM

It's called social proofing. They figure well if she's with him he must be worth having. Now that's you're single you're like kryptonite to them.

If he is a recent ex then yeah I'd say ok you gotta make a choice. Too many weird dynamics. I'm sure my ex's new fiance wouldn't appreciate me still calling and texting her.
/r/askTRP13/02/20 08:27 PM

True dat. The problem is trying to apply logic to someone that thinks emotionally. Chicks have this weird thing where they can just throw a switch their head one day just BAM she's done with you. You can do all the fun couple stuff, she can tell you she loves you, write you love notes and the like and one day you just get put out to the curb like an old couch. My ex all but ruined my life when she dumped me and now she's engaged to someone else. No fucks given about what she left behind.

If I could give women one piece of advice in dating is that words mean things. My ex used to whisper in my ear and tell me how much she loved me and how happy she was we found each other and then I hit a tough spot with money and it was game over. I'm a musician and summer is always slow and one day I got put out to the curb like I was an old couch. She didn't see a future with a broke musician that refuses to get a "real job." I just found out she got engaged to a guy she's been with less than …

Fortunately my SMV is pretty low almost to the point where it’s a negative number so I don’t get hassled too much. On the odd occasions that the topic comes up I usually just make a sarcastic remark like “wow a short ugly bald guy with no money has problems dating in South Florida imagine the odds” and that usually takes care of it. I did happen to stumble onto a great girl a couple of years ago and we were serious for a year and she was definitely welcomed by the family. Until her hypergamy kic…

Tread lightly with this because they might claim you're fostering a hostile work environment and complain to HR. I did this once with this insufferable bitch I worked with just one day I started ignoring her and a week later I was in a closed door meeting with the store manager and the HR. Almost cost me my job.

A few years ago I was in a Target with some friends and was waiting up front for them. Some Karen got in my face and yelled “Really? REALLY!” And stormed off. I had no idea WTF she meant and I stormed after her before I figured out if I got in her face some white knight would tell me how to “treat a lady”. All I can figure is there was some young girls in the vicinity and she probably figured I was staring at them. Damn cunts need to mind their own business...

Yeah that's the hard part. To have someone go from telling you that they've always dreamed of finding someone like you and seemingly be so happy to them basically putting you out to the curb like the trash and not giving 1/10th of 1% of a fuck about you was a huge kick in the teeth and devastating. It's been said that women love faster but men love deeper. Hence her ability to just throw a switch in her head and de-person your entire existence and guy's inability to move on even after years.

Here's the issue with your social circle. All chicks are scandalous and tell their friends everything. If you're a giga-Chad with a 9" dick that can bang them cross-eyed then it's a good thing. If you're regular Joe with a small dick that gives her a disappointing 3 minutes, not so much. And if you don't think chicks are like that, you haven't been paying attention. Personally I like to keep my private life private.

Because even a fat, ugly bitchy female 3 has dating options. It's not the same in reverse unless the guy is rich. The dating disparity has never been wider than is it now. Especially with online dating and Tinder turning the 80/20 rule to a 95/5 ratio. At one point the average guy had some hope. Not anymore.

That only works if you’re someone they want attention from. If you’re a Chad it applies but if you’re just regular guy they won’t even notice you. That was one of the fallacies of Leykis 101 just go to a bar and ignore women and they will wonder why. Well that only applies if you’re a tall good-looking guy. If you’re a short ugly guy like myself you’re not even on their radar.

Exactly. Don’t believe it? Just go walk around a Target one day and look at the nonsense that just appealed to women. 3 aisles of candles, 27 different colors of the same towel, racks and racks of clothes that must be updated regularly because of the new “style” that’s popular etc.

I stayed with my mom for a while after we put my dad in a nursing home and it was like going back to being nine years old. She was constantly up my ass every minute of every day about what I was doing, where I was going, who I was talking to, what time I would be home etc. I couldn’t even cook a meal or fold towels without her hovering over me to tell I wasn’t doing it right. All I could think of is wow y…

He really was a an example of MGTOW. That’s why he was made out to be an eccentric. He was the exception not the rule and sort of underhandedly shamed for his unusual lifestyle.

That’s why the 80/20 rule exists. Plus nowadays there’s so few masculine guys around especially in the millennial generation that Chad has an even bigger selection. It’s Idiocracy come to life.

That's exactly the point. Whenever there is a need to cut expenses it's always the people at the bottom and never the useless paper-pushers in a cubicle. Whenever I hear that oh we have to send production overseas in order to save money I say show me your books and your expenses 10 steps above your arbitrary cut-off point. You could certainly save way more by ousting an entire floor of useless middle managers making six figures than you could outsourcing an production facility. I literally laugh…

Sometimes it's difficult to realize we are just a small minority. I very rarely run into a red pill guy in real life. He just sounds like one of those just regular guys that lets life wash over him. And every one of these guys that just accepts awful treatment from his wife and doing whatever it takes to make cupcake happy has given me the exact same answer verbatim when I ask him what he puts up with it. "Well man that's just how it is you wouldn't understand."

Boom. Every time I hear some chick say "every guy I end up with with is a jerk" I say no every guy you pick is a jerk. You're the one that said "hey you the loser that's on parole with the neck tattoos let's go". You had your choice of anybody you wanted to and you picked the scumbag. I've literally seen 2's and 3's have multiple guys fighting over them so I can't imagine the attention a 7 or 8 gets on a daily basis.

Here's the part nobody really seems understand no one wants to discuss. Young men simply don't want to work anymore. This notion that your average 22-year-old soy boy who's never done anything more strenuous than tie his shoes is going to HVAC school so he can make $12 an hour out in the blazing sun is just ridiculous. It's the Kardashian effect. They see people on Instagram making money for doing virtually nothing or people on reality shows playing morons making millions of dollars and go why s…

Cool good to see you I'm not the only one that's checked out on him. The problem is and even he's admitted it is that the show is basically an echo chamber now. Back when he was on terrestrial radio people would stumble across his show and call in and go "OMG I can't believe you're saying that on the radio" and they would have a banter back and forth. He's been doing the Internet show for six years now and people still message at him and go "Tom where can I listen to you now" which just confirms…

I was a big fan and a 20 year listener until about a year and a half ago. He went completely off the rails with his whole fuck Trump attitude and turned the whole show into a beg-athon. He's had hundreds of thousands of listeners over the years but can't get a couple thousand to pony up $9 a month for access to his show. So either you're not marketing it right or your content isn't worth what you're asking for it. Now he's just turned into 62-year-old man who argues with idiots on Twitter.

The so called mid-life crisis is simply s guy that put everyone's needs before his and now he finally has the time and money to finally do what he wants to do. After years of working 50-60 hour weeks because well you gotta get married and have kids. Then wifey needs a bigger SUV and a bigger house. Oh then there's college and the daughter's wedding. So when he's 90% broken down and has only a few years left he can finally get that sports car he's wanted for 40 years or the big TV for the "man ca…

If a chick ever raised her voice to yell at me or threw something at me it's an instant next. We're done on the spot and all your contacts are deleted and all social media is blocked. I know many guys that they deal with this shit on a daily basis. Screaming temper tantrums, throwing objects and physical violence. And again all say "well that's just how it is." Even before my red pill days I would ask married guys why they put up with this treatment and without fail everyone of them said the exact same thing. "That's just how it is man you wouldn't understand." They would be the same ones that would say "Gee must be nice" when I'd buy a new car or motorcycle or guitar. "Yup it's awesome!" would be my response!

Anyone that thinks short guys don't have it bad in the dating market isn't a short guy. I'm a pro musician and ride a motorcycle. Know how much attention that gets me from women? Zero. Why? I'm 5'5", 135 lbs and bald. I dress nice, well groomed, above average intelligence and it's all for naught because I have the physique of a 8th grader. Add being in South Florida where there's a ton of wealth and people wonder why I just gave up.

Either OP is blind or trolling. Wars have been fought, fortunes have been lost, lives have been ruined over 9's and 10's. I've meet hard 4's with multiple guys chasing after them so it's horseshit that a 9 never gets approached. She gets hit on 50 times a day in person and her DM's and Tinder matches are full. There's only so many 6'3" hot Chad billionaires out there and like was stated earlier if you're on the wrong side of the 80/20 scale you're all but invisible to her.

This shit used to drive me crazy back when I worked in retail sales. Guy would be looking at a nice laptop and was ALWAYS either one of two remarks when I went to close the sale. "The wife would kill me if I got this" or "I don't know let me go ask the boss." Of course he would never go through with the sale because he was not allowed to. When I sold appliances they put an older guy in the department for a while. His go to line was always "You have to make her happy because she's the boss." I wo…

So there's this girl at work. That was your first mistake. Don't shit where you eat. Don't get involved with girls at work. Nothing good can become of it. You risk losing your job when shit does sideways and she complains to HR that she's "uncomfortable" around you.

Remember the whole red pill mentality is outside of the norm of societal thinking and anyone not following the script is seen as an outlier. That's why the red pill is a metaphor for life not just interacting with females. Once you really digest it your entire worldview is altered.

This works if you have a 9-5 lifestyle. I don't. I'm a musician and don't get to bed until 2-3 most nights. Nothing that doesn't involve the house on fire or needing to go to the emergency room is getting me up before 9.

One of the things that I like about sports is there's no nepotism or favoritism at least on the field. There isn't an NFL quarterback that has his job because his uncle plays golf with the team owner or one of his frat buddies slid his resume to the top of list. It's a fierce competition, the best person has the job, and there's always 100 guys right on your ass wanting your job. And unlike many businesses you have a brief window of success when you are young. Everyone eventually gets replaced d…

I damn near derailed a family reunion a few years ago over this issue. My dad's niece who I hadn't seen in over 25 years just would not stop with the grilling me over the "So where you going to get married and have kids" garbage. (I was 40 at the time and living a great live in Las Vegas.) I finally had enough and blew up at her and told her "I have no fucking interest in ever having a wife or kids. Kaley is believed to be in a mood to not give away any amount to Ryan because it’s her hard-earned money. Tiger Woods paid his wife over $200 million. How many putts did she sink? Neil Diamond paid his wife $150 million. How many hit songs did she write? Michael Jordan paid his wife $160 million. How many NBA titles did she win? Fact is those women did nothing to EARN that money except marry a rich guy and look pretty at the awards banquet. So suck it up cupcake "ekwality" is a bitch.

I have seen land whales in their 40's with 3 kids from 3 different dads have multiple guys chasing after them so a chick in her late 20's-early 30's who's still a 7 can easily find a provider. Never underestimate the desperation of a beta simp with a decent income. Good chance this chick will never have to earn an honest living in her life.

An unfortunate a trait in a lot of women is that they are very poor communicators. They don't know how to have a conversation they just talk and talk and talk and it's nothing but white noise at a certain point. My mother does this she just talks out loud all day and you never know whether she's talking to you or to to the TV or just verbal diarrhea.

The sad thing is this the vast majority of marriages I've come across. It's just understood that the woman runs the show and the beta simp is just so lucky to have her. I've dealt with so many guys in my life that put up with the most unbelievable treatment from their wives and girlfriends and justify it by "I get some" every once in a while. Every time I asked them why do you accept such treatment they just kind of shrug and go well that's just how it is you don't understand. Back when I work r…

Thing is even if you make a fake FB with a fake name the pics are still of you. If you have a unique or recognizable look you'll still get found out. This is the social media age where everyone is one degree of separation. One of my boys is trying Tinder now but he lives with his chick and has a very unique look (good-looking Latin guy that's muscular with semi-long hair) and you know how scandalous chicks are. This is one of the issues that the manoshpere will always be split over. Who's more alpha the rugged tradesman or the successful businessman that can afford to hire people. In addition to being a musician I also work as a tech for a big tribute band. They were recently hired to play for a big Passover event at a fancy hotel on Ft. Lauderdale beach. Ladies, it’s been said before, but I’ll say it again: They just don’t make ‘em like they used to. There’s no door-holding, no hand-holding and definitely no free drinks. There’s no taking off hats or courting through invitations. There are no smooth moves, no jackets to dinner. There are no flowers, no tables by candlelight. But, most importantly, there are no dates.
