Well no, that's not quite possible. It's 2-11% reported false, depending on the area. Then you have a good amount which are never investigated but obviously false (but not officially labeled as false), then you have another good amount where you have no idea, but a good portion of them are innocent, then you actually have people found guilty who are innocent. I'd say 50% is probably low, but I'll go with that.
