1	Three ways to consciously manipulate women before they subconsciously manipulate you. This is probably the hardest part of the pill to swallow, at least for me at the begining. the more I put into practice I start seeing results almost immediatley. I have a friend to which I advised to buy a book based on this mentality. 1	How To Develop God Tier Eye Contact \| The real reason why you can't maintain strong eye contact with a woman. This is by far one of the hardest things for me to do, and yes sometimes I feel like I am being disrespectful by staring them in the eye, and yes sometimes I feel so uncomfortable that I wanna stare away, but I feel im getting better at. 5	Frame when it comes to women: Become delusional Im starting to know this is so true, thanks for sharing your experience I think posts like this give me so much hope and determination. Corey Wayne says "Assume all woman want you even if its not true." This is more of a mind set than the truth, but who cares! I recentley began applying this with talking to people, and the results have been amazing. I struggled with this as a child especially staring people in the eye. 17	Be at Ease and not Angry I like this, before I knew about TRP, I never realized how much anger hurt my game. Sometimes I would get angry at them not returning calls or getting blown off for a date.
