I can not stress enough a balanced diet. I'm skinny as fuck, but i'm 40lbs heavier from before. A lot of it is fat, and I'm balancing it all out. Gaining the way I did is fucking pointless. Please keep a balanced diet OP. If you need an appetite boost buy some periactin, it increases appetite with minimal side effects.

I'm your typical weak/skinny tall dude but I've gained almost 30lbs(dirty bulk obviously) in the past 6 months, but I still feel like my bench and deadlift is struggling. I deadlift every other day and add 5lbs every week. Am I going too slow? (3 sets 5 reps) You're exactly like my homie, dude is 5"6 and looks small in his hoodie, but he lifts and has a background in MMA so he can dummy men twice his size like it's nothing.

It's funny how people swear that this place is the devil, but a lot of us have positively changed our lives for the better. Sorry that I started lifting, have increased my self-worth, confidence, and value as a human being with the plus that I won't let someone make me or treat me like their bitch.
