I don't hire women lol (as long as I have a choice). I have a small IT company so that helps. Even the accountant and HR are male-only. Business is going pretty well too (no drama , no weird complaints to slow it down I guess)

I loved the movie, the drawings, soundtrack and the story are beautiful. Makoto Shinkai is a super talented dude. These stories are written by men mostly, that's why the girl in the movie is more like the "perfect girl" for many of us and not some "Sex and the City" cheating whore. However, I see it as it is: a fantasy. These stories don't happen in the real world. The movie had great success all over the world and mostly with a male audience btw.

French Citizen here! I don't know about other countries but here single people already pay more tax than married people. I think this is one of the only incentives left here to push people into marriage as french women are litterally undatable. I've read somewhere that the black community is the one having the most problems relationship-wise. Rate of single mothers is off the chart and apparently black men are drifting away from black women, saying they have "attitude" problems (thot culture). They really have some kind of crisis right now.
