I disagree wholeheartedly. It does not atrophy into zero desire. The desire multiplies and some the most important inventions have been made by men who chose celibacy for a time. Sexual energy is the root of our all our energy along with food. I disagree wholeheartedly because I have seen the most amazing positive effects myself. Women were throwing themselves at me when I went a month without sex or masturbation. Maybe its placebo. But at the same time it works so I don't care if it is.

I don't agree. There are many examples of great people that have foregone sex and masturbation and have achieved the highest acclaim in their field. Some examples are Nicola Tesla, Albert Einstein, and Mike Tyson (he said he did it for 5 years). There are many others. I have noticed I am better with women after nofap especially hard mode. Surfing. I still get extremely terrified of shit in the ocean ocassionally. I almost shit my pants when I saw a manatee/whale 20 ft a way today. When you see something huge in the ocean when you are swimming/surfing, you get insane fear. Fear of rejection from women is nothing compared to that fear. I can see how dirt biking, any type of racing, sky diving can improve confidence and induce great fear. Life is uncomfortable, embrace it.

I know man, I don't get how people think you have to be in shape and rich as hell to get women. Yes, a lot of in shape guys and rich guys get hot women. I don't know. I have seen some fat, ugly, short, and broke ugly guys with hot chicks. Not impossible. It seems like the way they acted and carried themselves really helped. It is rare, but possible. Maybe they are rich and they dress like they are broke.

Good post, getting financials in order and lifting is important. It isn't mandatory though to get women. As long as you have some sort of income and a roof over your head, you can get chicks. There are some guys that are basically poor that get hot women. Not recommending it, but to say you need to not be a loser living in moms basement to get women is false. Loser + game + alpha = women for some guys.

Am a skinny dude. Can confirm haha. I workout and have muscle though, so not typical skinny guy. Maybe I just feel skinny because most people are overweight. I feel your pain, I'm not in my 30s yet. But I notice that if I eat as much as I want I start getting fat. The days when I was 18 and could eat as much as I want without gaining weight are done. Working out is key for sure.
