I would still do it again because it gave me three amazing kids. However, it’s now a sex and affection-less trap. Didn’t have to be but I guess that’s what she wants.

I’ve found that diet impacts my mental state more than anything else, but I also learned a few things about myself and supplements etc. I avoid sugar as much as possible. Whenever I eat sugar or too much refined carbohydrate, I am quite depressed the next day. Hopeless, low mood etc. I also found that when I started to take a B vitamin complex my depression and anxiety actually got worse. I can’t explain that tbh.
