Giving her what she wants gives you zero points"The party planner" beta, perpetually offering a menu of entertainment choices for her highness. What do you want to do tonight? "I don't know, anything." Do you want to go to the movies? "No, I hate the movies!" Do you want to check out that new mexican restaurant? "No, I always hated mexican, why don't you know that!?" How about we meet up with Joe & Sue, see if they want to hit up a bar? "Joe is annoying and Sue wore the same shirt as me that one time." Well, what do you want to do? | 2 | Unspoken medium/hard no during sex, along with "you're so handsome"...Try just rolling her over and humping her from behind like she was a realdoll. Don't pay any attention to her response-just use her body to get off. This actually works way better for "getting her in the mood", assuming you haven't been pure beta all day, in which case you'd probably get an immediate hard no. But, what makes it work, is that you don't care if you are getting her in the mood. Kind of a paradox in a way. | /r/askMRP | 02/03/18 03:14 PM
Unspoken medium/hard no during sex, along with "you're so handsome"...Fail. Powerlifting mother fucker. 5x5 if you are new. Fuck body weight. I did that, wasted a year in comparison to where I could be if I powerlifted from the start. Can confirm. I did bodyweight and sports for a while and although I lost fat, I did not gain significant enough muscle. It simply doesn't compare to heavy compound lifts. | /r/askMRP | 02/03/18 03:10 PM
When you want your wife to get in shape...?Yep, gotta make it fun. And when you get her there, give some positive feedback. "You look great handling those weights" "You're getting better every time" Of course, if she is doing something wrong, correct her, and don't shower her with compliments, but women thrive on positive feedback. I don't think the "You're fucking fat, get your ass to the gym" will work on any woman, but it certainly works for a lot of men. | /r/askMRP | 01/03/18 08:23 PM
Women think 80% of men are below average attraction wise.Ha! She bought me a six pack of beer as a "gift" Then she complained that I spent too much time at the gym. It was a pretty weak shit test. AWALT can be hilarious at times | /r/MarriedRedPill | 01/03/18 07:42 PM
Women think 80% of men are below average attraction wise."I don't like guys with muscles" My girlfriend said the same thing years ago somewhat often. The other night she kept gripping my biceps and running her hands over my abs and between my pecs. I lifted her up and really squeezed her hard as we were fucking and she came really fast. Funny thing is I'm like 6 weeks back into serious regular lifting and the results are instantly noticeable. Also funny that everytime I start exercising hard, she really tries to get in the way, fighting my efforts, bu… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 01/03/18 06:44 PM
Unplugging - LF AdviceIn general, dread levels 1 through 5 are "passive" and I would consider them more flexible. But really focus on each level even if you begin to incorporate other things such as clothing and lifting. For example, shit tests are level 1 and you absolutely must be passing shit tests for any of this to work. It is fundamental. On the flip side, I wouldn't progress beyond level 5 until after ~5 months of serious work on passive dread, and if there is still a need to. You need the time as well to get … | /r/askMRP | 01/03/18 06:17 PM
Unplugging - LF AdviceRemember, shit tests will ramp up in the beginning. She subconsciously will notice you changing, which will trigger her shit test mechanisms into overdrive. She will poke and prod more and more, possibly up to a main event, until her feminine brain deems you suitable to submit to. You are not there yet. This takes time. For you and her. You need to improve more, and she needs time to absorb this. STOP TALKING ABOUT FEELINGS. You already know this is not helping. The counseling sounds like a horr… | /r/askMRP | 01/03/18 05:06 PM

Analogy: Women are like Barrels of WaterSo passing a main event would be dumping the barrel, bleaching and rinsing the hell out of it, and refilling with fresh water. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 27/02/18 05:00 PM

Marriage Therapy today is like 17th century medicinenot for a moment do I think my wife is about to fucking leave me ... She probably won't leave you but she certainly will lose desire towards you and want to fuck you less, if at all. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 25/02/18 12:11 AM
Married Red Pill on Antidepressants / Anti-anxiety medication.I would agree getting your hormones fixed would be step #1. Second, you could always try mild AD/AA medications first, like 5-HTP or St John's Wort (just be sure not to go crazy and take too many, and look up any interactions with other drugs you currently take). Third, try vitamin D and/or fish oil supplements. Fourth, are you exercising regularly and intensely? These are all generally safer alternatives that may or may not work for you. Good luck. | /r/askMRP | 24/02/18 04:12 PM
NMMNG Safe PersonYou can't control the physiological response to emotion. Getting flush, tears, shaking, flight or fight stuff. These things are natural. What you can control is how you react to them. I used to get incredibly angry very frequently. Eventually, I realized it was just a feeling in my body. I would just feel the heat in my arms, the tense feelings in all my muscles, and recognize that it was just as you said, a physiological response. Just deeply observing my own body was usually enough to put me b… | /r/askMRP | 22/02/18 02:45 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - February 20, 2018Fuck, you're right. I'm obsessing over everything. You have any idea what that might be? Fear of the unknown. Fear of fucking up. Fear of a lifetime of shitty sex. Fear of not doing it perfect. Fear. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 21/02/18 09:45 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - February 20, 2018OYS #3 What are my real problems? This actually took me some time to identify. Thanks u/man_in_the_world for commenting on my OYS #2 telling me that my real problems were still buried in my subconscious. Initially, this introspection was a thought pattern like this: I'm stressed. Unsatisfied sexually. Unwilling to seek sex outside of current relationship. I could leave my girlfriend. What would be different if I left my girlfriend? Would I be different? Would I only encounter the same problems? … | /r/MarriedRedPill | 20/02/18 02:37 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - February 13, 2018This is why I come here, and I assume this is why you are "Approved." I'll take some time to reflect on this and specifically address this in OYS#3. Thanks. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 16/02/18 12:46 AM
Own Your Shit Weekly - February 13, 2018You are correct. I will not propose with the relationship as it is now. Something is off, and the something is me. My current state is in pitiful shape, and right now, I'm attempting to reverse the momentum by living in the moment, course correcting, and getting my shit together. I'm not sure what else can be done to grind myself out of this situation that I created myself, other than to just grind. I would not be here at MRP if everything was just fine. | 1 | mother in law just shit tested me. How should I handle this?"do you even work" "No I just sit around most days hoping people will pay my bills. Speaking of which, can you spot me a $20?" But realistically, none (most) of us are not full-time stand-up comedians, so sometimes, a simple "Nope, not today." works fine. It's really your internal emotions about the interaction that matter. Understand as you build frame, you are going to get shit-tested more and more by EVERYONE you know, because they instinctively will keep checking to see if you are for real. … | /r/askMRP | 13/02/18 10:10 PM
mother in law just shit tested me. How should I handle this? This is "Right #1" in When I say no, I feel guilty. You are accepting other people's value judgements of you. Step #1 is to stop doing this, aka build YOUR frame. Then realize its all banter at that point. You have the freedom to choose how to respond but its all contextual. Personally, I would A&A this shit because it sounds like typical banter. If someone slings a really viscious insult at you, then its time to start enforcing boundaries. Read No More Mr Nice Guy for comments on boundary setti… | /r/askMRP | 13/02/18 09:50 PM
mother in law just shit tested me. How should I handle this? The amplify-to-absurdity is a clear indication that you don't "accept" it. You find it hilarious that your MIL thinks that all you do is sit on the couch and eat sushi. And you have no reason whatsoever to defend yourself, explain, excuse, or rationalize your behavior. Remember, don't DEER. You are your own judge. Start reading. | /r/askMRP | 13/02/18 09:01 PM
mother in law just shit tested me. How should I handle this?"Wow is that all you do all day sit at home and eat sushi?" "Exactly, this home business thing is really under-rated!" But in reality, the words don't matter. You need to get to a place where you are in your frame and not sucked into the frame of others. | /r/askMRP | 13/02/18 06:15 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - February 06, 2018"Your gf/wife fell in love with who you were as a person - your hobbies, your goals, your ambition, and your individuality. If you're going to change everything about yourself she fell in love with, why would you be surprised when she no longer loves you?" The funny thing is, this is so obvious that you would think you'd have to be retarded to not realize this, right? It's strange that the creep of beta is so subtle, so gradual, that many of us who are otherwise fairly intelligent fall victim to… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 13/02/18 03:14 PM
Main Event?Yeah its difficult to say how exactly to respond, but if she tried to pull the solemn one-word responses on me again, instead of just STFU-ing, I'd probably playfully rib into her. "Still got your panties in a bunch?" Something like that. I didn't use any Amused Mastery, A&A, or PF at that time and while the fogging and WISNIFG tactics worked, they probably weren't as good as say an "Alpha Positive" response. | /r/askMRP | 13/02/18 01:45 AM
FR: I Finally Woke Up and It's Game OnNext morning, I get up. She’s in the kitchen. I walk right up to her, hold her head in my hands and give her a full on kiss on the lips. I see a look in her eyes that I haven’t seen in years – the look of a girl who has just been kissed by a man that she really wants. Now, I'm going to quote something from your linked OYS post: I gave up on initiations a long time ago and just haven’t been able to pull it back. | 3 | Main Event?Around 6 months after discovering MRP, I went through more or less exactly what you are going through. Increasing shit tests in frequency and intensity. Eventually, she also gave me the silent treatment for days. She initiated zero conversation and only replied with one-word responses. In retrospect, I did not handle this perfectly. My frame was OI, and mood was calm, but I never properly engaged her. The silence broke when she said "I don't think this is working out anymore." My response was "I… | /r/askMRP | 12/02/18 04:28 PM

An anatomy of butthurt and the impact on frameThis is the whole marriage 1.0 / 2.0 analysis. When women entered the workforce, which they increasingly did in the decades you specified, they no longer relied on men financially. In addition, feminism was taking root which you could argue is a collectively failed shit test by men, but whatever it is, it really fucked with the traditional relationship model. Next up, you have divorce laws. Women now not only do not have fear of being abandoned by men, but they are rewarded to initiate no-fault … | /r/MarriedRedPill | 06/02/18 08:22 PM
An anatomy of butthurt and the impact on frameI'll never forget the first time I identified a compliance test. I had gotten into the habit of pouring her a glass of wine as I was preparing my drink as well. This particular night, I thought to myself, "Fuck this bitch, she could get her own drink if she wants it." You can already tell I was deep in the anger phase. So I sit down with my drink, take a sip, she looks up at me and says, in a very bitchy tone, "Are you not going to pour me a glass?" Based on just this post, all I can think of is you lost your oneitis for her, your wife goggles. | 1 | Side hustle tips?I've looked into freelancing what I do as a day job but there are some potential legal issues with doing that. Not impossible, but I would need to take some serious precautions, to the extent that I may just be better off starting my own business with all the licenses, permits, insurance, etc. that goes along with that. Which would be great, but I am not really at that experience level yet. Unfortunately, my day job is so specific, and doesn't directly translate into something easily marketable … | /r/askMRP | 05/02/18 07:26 PM

Side hustle tips?I was under the impression that days of easy mining are over? Unless you are referring to treating it like a stock, buying low, selling high? | /r/askMRP | 05/02/18 06:37 PM
Side hustle tips?Great idea. I am definitely also considering flexible after-hours/weekend work, as I am not really in the position to "make money with money" right now, i.e. investments or large upfront costs. I could always work at a bar again at night but I would prefer to explore other options before diving into that. | /r/askMRP | 05/02/18 06:24 PM
Side hustle tips? What little I have in savings, I am hoping to accumulate a bit more and use it as a downpayment on a house within 18 months. This is definitely something I'll look into. Thanks. | /r/askMRP | 05/02/18 06:22 PM
So why do women shit test themselves out of a decent relationship ?Maybe she rode the CC hard before she met this guy and her "good man" doesn't measure up to her imagined ideal of a previous alpha. That and her pair-bonding ability has been destroyed after 1000 cocks. Also possible that the guy is actually failing shit tests or not holding frame, it's hard to know what really goes down inside that marriage from the outside. | /r/askMRP | 01/02/18 04:16 AM
Gain muscle lifting while regularly training boxing/kickboxing?Assuming you eat enough, have you been able to increase muscle mass? I realize that this is not always desirable, but as I do not compete and do not care about being as light as possible, I would like to still be able to gain weight while practicing muay thai / boxing ~3x/wk. | /r/askMRP | 30/01/18 07:10 PM

Gain muscle lifting while regularly training boxing/kickboxing?I'm not concerned with weight class for boxing, as it is recreational, not amateur or pro. I have experience with StrongLifts, where I worked up to a little over 225lbs 5x5, but I will admit when I did StrongLifts, I became impatient and often added more than the recommended weight to reach 225+ faster. I then had issues with movement during muay thai, so I backed off the weight. From there, I've sort of just coasted in terms of my lifting, keeping the weight at around a constant 185 for 5x5 squ… | /r/askMRP | 29/01/18 05:47 PM
Gain muscle lifting while regularly training boxing/kickboxing?Thanks, I'm going to do what you said and just grind through it. Hopefully that works. I might have to lay off at least the sparring until I can get some endurance, otherwise I'd just be taking an unnecessary beating while unable to move my legs quick enough. To answer your question, yes, I can lift from 6:30 to ~7:30 AM, and train boxing from ~6 to 7 PM. | /r/askMRP | 29/01/18 05:38 PM
