Sorry I was typing on a phone I meant by I hit the gym today specifically and mostly focused on weights and ran 1 mile on the treadmill but yeah I actually started working out pretty regularly and eating healthy back in February 2018 and I think I've lost about 20 lb think I started it 239 I weighed myself from 217 today. Little bit down and a lot more to go. Went down a pant size pretty sure. Shorts are feeling looser without a belt. Have to go one more hole deep on the belt now.
