It's important to know and respect your own limits. An important insight for me has been as simple as that an extroverted situation (e.g. group of people talking about superficial things) won't recharge me, but being by myself will. Therefore, the following has worked well for me: 1. I'll be by myself doing what gives me energy and joy (e.g. mathematics, since it essentially makes me euphoric from the intellectual stimulation) 1. Going directly from this to an extroverted situation, I'll be full…

As someone that has learnt to outshine my most extroverted friends in group settings, but nonetheless feel my energy plummet if I spend too much time around others, I believe I might have some valuable advice on this. Would you be able to specify your question a bit further? What problems are you facing? What tweaks have you made so far? How much have you come to terms with your introversion, in terms of goals and habits? I started writing an answer, but it was hard to offer concise advice witho…

Do some cold approaching and stuff while being unkept, note at your best. Your brain wants proof that it has reason to be confident when you are not at your best, so give it exactly that.

Have you also had success from other sources, like daygame, social media, Tinder, etc., or is everything from nightgame? How do you rank these different arenas, in terms of return on investment?

I happen to live right over the Swedish border, close enough that I will probably go out a bit in Denmark. Are there any extra good places you recommend in the danish nightlife? I'm 20, in uni, for context

Dude, you'll have to try fucking her if you want to fuck her. Start escalating, and see where it goes. Worst case, you don't fuck her, just like the situation at the moment. If you get rejected, just shrug it of like no big deal, and just go back to the more normal conversation.

I see. She was bored and wanted someone to come over and entertain her, give her attention and maybe make her feel wanted. As you can probably tell by that frame, she has no compassion with, or respect for, you. Maybe she texted you in the morning just to get the validation of you replying. Anyway, block and next. She's not interested in you, and she doesn't sound like someone you should be interested in. Some girls are just like that, and should be avoided. So yeah, block.

Maybe. What I was thinking was if she invited you over for a quickie, and you spent hours escalating slowly, that could be frustrating for her. But I don't know the situation

I would check out Todd Valentine. He has a lot of applicable and good ideas about the actual technique of escalation. A lot of dating advice is just about overcoming fear, but that's just step 1. Once the fear has been overcome, the challenge is to do what is effective.

Remember that you can still be the man of the group without trying to fuck them. I.e., be their alfa friend, instead of their gay friend.

Here are at least two things which have worked well: - I take my shirt of, we're laying down kissing. I say in a commanding tone "Kiss your way down", move her head so she's kissing my chest, and slowly guide her head so that she is kissing further and further down. Then I take my dick out, and she sucks it. - We're making out, I lead her hand to my dick, she gives me a hand job. I look her in the eyes, and say with a slight smirk "Are you as good with your mouth as with your hands?" If she does…

Have gotten just about the same thing before. Sent a snap selfie of me grinning, telling her not to be so cocky. She was originally telling me she only wanted it to be a one time thing, but this turned it around, and we fucked many more times.

You're on the seduction subreddit; it shouldn't be difficult for you to understand your problem, and how it has nothing to do with looks. A good place to start is reading Models by Mark Manson

Honestly, do both. Go out and approach, and also learn theory. I would recommend focusing slightly more on taking action in the beginning, though, as that is what is most typically avoided. When you're a newbie, reading is often easier than approaching.

Try improving what you haven't worked on yet. Each little part of game usually has diminishing returns as it improves, so working on different things will give the biggest progress.

I totally agree. I should have found out if she was home alone, pre-seeded the pull enough to discretely know whether it could go down, and then started the pull before we got to her door. A number after a long and good set is better than nothing, though. I believe that it is important to always weigh options. Of course, going for the pull could have worked, but I believe the odds were quite low. Don't get me wrong, the odds of a number going anywhere are neither very high, but I believe they ar…

Don't try to make her a fuck buddy over text. Will make her feel slutty. Meet her again, escalate to sex. Then meet her some more times, doing the same thing, and the dynamic will soon be established. Not everything needs explicit explanation ;-) Good luck

In my book, leading is about making sure things are the way you would like them to be. When she proactively moves things in the direction you want, then you need not do anything, when she does not, you shall lead.

I'm with Mark Manson on this one. Taking a bootcamp might make you feel invincible for a week or month after, but if you really want to improve PERMANENTLY you'll have to build the right habbits instead. Bootcamps doesn't help you with this. tl;dr Don't go, it won't give permanent change

What helped me internalize the new personality and character was going on a vacation. By doing pickup and enjoying women while not working or stressing helped me stop associating this with work or something you actively do, but instead just how you naturally are. Holy fuck, REALIZATION #2 is key. Before reading this I was pushing myself to pull girls that I wasn't really attracted to, or would rather just keep talking to (yes, I know, I'm a faggot). After reading this I realised though that there is no point in doing this. As long as I'm doing what I want the most I'll have more fun anyway than if I had pulled the girl. The good part is also that if I at any time suddenly feel like I'm getting tired of only talking and never pulling, pulling will be the …

I'm from Norway, where if you see someone you know on the bus, it's normal to pretend you didn't see them... Guess what? This is an advantage! Instead of girls being used to, and tired of, guys approaching them it's usually a new experience (and yes, I only approach hot girls). I usually do one hour of cold approaching daygame solo per day.

I don't get why you're being downvoted, this is great advice. The key is, as you said, that you at this point have nothing to lose. It seems like so many people here are so afraid of not losing that they don't try to win. Unless you're being driven by fear of rejection, there is no reason NOT to this. Remember, you miss all the shots you don't take. Thank you for the advice. I will try it next time, and possibly make a field report.

As the girl's being pulled away, grab her hand, hold her back, look her dead in the eyes, and motion with your free hand for her to come back, with a slight smile. If her friend(s) start objecting, say you'll give her back in 2 minutes, and get the fuck out of there (with the girl). From here on, you can either go to another club, or home to one of you.

Don't buy it before you've seen the alternatives... This guy hasn't experienced enough girls to REALLY know if a girl fits him. Sure, he might get lucky and find a good partner. Most likely though, he'll realise he just picked the first girl available as she's sitting there growing fat while nagging him.

Start approaching more girls, and if you want to eventually date multiple at the same time. This will take YOU out of scarcity and THEM off the pedestal. It also helps living a fun and active life where you don't really NEED a girl. A girl will just be a plus.

A great exercise for practicing spontaneity is to always react out loud/say exactly what you're thinking. This way, you'll reach your natural limit for spontaneity (if you're NOT using lines, you can't become more spontaneous than this) This same exercise/system can be used for all other ingredients of the interaction, e.g. kino, distance, leading, etc.

Often times girls will refuse the first time you ask because it's what's considered acceptable by society. There's nothing wrong with trying a couple of times, as long as she doesn't give you a hard no (e.g. NO, get away from me) Also notice how your fear of escalating on the way back was you being driven by outcome dependence and fear. There is no easy way to fix this, but hopefully now you've understood that not escalating doesn't work, so your outcome dependence will make you escalate the nex…

Public toilets or open buildings with toilets. If you follow this advice it is very important that you check out your logistics beforehand. Go to a couple of toilets in the area, and find out which ones are clean

The problem with getting numbers is that the heat the moment has faded when you later try to organise the date. This results in missing out on many opportunities. Therefore I recommend to go for the instadate, or as instant as possible (e.g. right after school). Honestly though I wouldn't worry too much about this beforehand. Your primary should be open. Everything else comes after that.

Make it a goal to get rejected once per day by a female stranger for a full month. After a while youll just stop giving a shit. Thats when you aim for the harsher rejections. If you go at this hard enough, after a while, fear of rejection, in any form, wont be a problem, because youll be desenitised to it

Don't expect so much of yourself at first. Either think that your only goal and criteria is going up and saying something (no matter what), or that you just want to talk / have a friendly conversation. If you believe that you have to seduce girls before you even dare to speak to them you'll never be brave enough to open. Accept that great improvements take time, and take this journey gradually. P.S: After doing this for a while you can of course start focusing more on the seduction part. -Jacob

In my experience, this works very well, IF you're sincere in saying it. So far I've opened three girls by saying "you're hot". One of these times I was insincere, and the girl looked at me like I was some mutant creep. The other two I was being completely sincere, and got awesome results / responses. What I like to do is spot a hot girl and then begin meditating on the tingling feeling I get in my stomach / dick. I then walk over with as much focus as possible on my own hornines, before I blurt …

What usually helps me is reacting out loud. There's always thoughts in your head, and most girls love honesty, so you'll always have sonething to say. Also don't forget that leaving some silences for the girl to take initiative and talk is a good thing.

You're overthinking this! 1) Make this a thirty day challenge, starting from Monday. No matter if you think it fucking sucks, just see it as a challenge, and stick through. If you're anything like me, you'll quickly find yourself enjoying it, and wanting to up the pace. 2) When you first start cold approaching you barely dare to approach, so you won't dare to show intent anyway; hence you won't disappoint the girl, because she probably won't even know you're into her. Whatever happens once you b…

Go out and cold approach every single day, and soon enough approaching will become the most natural thing. It worked for me... EDIT: Due to some questions I'll just write out how I came to doing this below. To better structure my life I already had a list of things I forced myself to do every day, that I only allowed myself to modify at the start of every new month; this meant that anything added to the list I would force myself to do for at least one month no matter how idiotic I later realised…

Seduction is a chance game. When you get better you improve your odds, but that doesn't mean you can't get lucky without improving. You just have a bigger chance if you improve.

Improve gradually. If you expect yourself to approach a group of models when you've never approached before, you'll end up pussying out, or freaking out and never trying again. Instead you should, as Mark Manson explained in models, start by doing non-frightening approaches, like asking what time it is, and then gradually up the stakes. Before I tried this I was in the same situation as you, and never took action. Now, only half a year afterwards, I regularly approach groups of girls, and someti…

Overcome approach-anxiety by asking girls for the time, or similar things, and then gradually ramp up the challenge, until you're doing apocalypse approach. After doing this my conversation game actually got a lot better! This was because I had always known in the back of my head what I should say and do in situations, but I would instead look for safer options because I was scared, and as a result not know what to say/do. After doing this I stopped being scared of people and rejection in genera…
