I know this sub is male dominated but I think that helps my cause. I’m a 21 year old female who frequents a standard coffee/sandwich cafe. There is a new employee there that I am quite taken with. We smile at each other, he gives me random discounts, we make a bit of small talk. Standard stuff. We are both shy.

I just got out of a long relationship stemming from high school, so I have zero experience in real world dating/flirting/whatever. I’m definitely interested in this guy but I don’t know how to proceed. I don’t want to be too forward and make him uncomfortable (especially since he is at work, and I am a customer), but I would love to get to know him outside of the cafe. Any advice on how I can let him know I’m interested?
