I can't speak for all the people on this Sub but i doubt many of them would support what happens to women in many Muslim countries and certainly not ISIS's treatment/rape/murder of women or non believers. The YPJ is well known even in Australia for the bravery of both women and men soldiers and it is a rarity to see such equality in combat forces. So i guess in situations like that I 100% support Feminism and Equality.

Yeh alot of my comments in this sub are fairly generalised and not really raised fist in anger. Just my general belief it's not so much a Patriarchy/Matriarchy, Male/Female inequality It's a Haves/Have Nots, Rich/Poor, Powerful/Power Less, Aristocracy/Peasants, etc inequality. To assume your average guy has some great advantage being male instead of female to me personally is ludicrous. Of course as per usual everyone is entitled to their opinion.

The sheer volume of Star Wars Movies and TV Series has cheapened the Franchise the most. This just seems like some PR Hype as Rey was the lead in most of the recent films which i thought were good. Rogue One, Ashoka also were female lead. Maybe they are going to do a take on the old sci fi "Planet of Amazonian Women" style. I guess you need to create contraversy when your churning out one Film or TV Series after the other in the same Franchise.
