Well, if all you wanna do is play some RTS, a Ryzen 3 2200G + RX 560/570 should be good enough. Buy atleast 16 gigs of DDR4 RAM. If you can't spend a lot on SSD, then buy a SSHD + HDD combo. SSHD offer a lot of storage with much better r/w speeds than a HDD. In case you are confused whether certain parts are compatible or not, PCPartPicker is your friend :)
