Online dating probably not. Research shows that womem only swipe 5% of men on average. That Includes ugly girls btw. If your appeal is low you should get it up to top 5% whilst focusing on something else. Online dating is all about your pictures, trust me You really need to work for high appeal pictures, you better hit the gym etc. Just do irl game or honestly don’t obsess about girls too much.

Yeah you are right, I would say that doing something physical and getting good at it, will help you out of every low you hit. I mean it can also be money or something else but just the dedication to something is what forms you as a person.
