I believe it was a sexual thing. He was talking about this woman like she was his personal toy. There are some genuinely rational thinkers on TRP but it's been flooded with many disturbed individuals to the point the discourse on there has been diluted with extremely unhealthy behaviour. Here in the UK (I'm male) EVERY woman I've been on a date with has insisted on paying half for first dates. In a world where women want to be paid the same as men, I believe it's only fair. That being said, if I've gotten to know this person I'll often take them out, my paying.
