If future biotech were able to perfectly replicate a male or female body for people who want to transition, would you be willing to 1) have sex get and 2) get in LTR's with them?I don't think that's as close at hand as changing the physical aspects of the body that AREN'T the brain. But immortality is an interesting issue as well, no doubt. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/12/19 12:36 AM

If future biotech were able to perfectly replicate a male or female body for people who want to transition, would you be willing to 1) have sex get and 2) get in LTR's with them?Eh, I'm not personally interested in trans issues. I'm rather fascinated by how much our society will change due to advances in biotech and curious about how flexible people are with who they choose the bed. Anyhow, if I went strictly by Reddit, I'd put my money on future generations looking like a collective of anime characters, furries and porn stars if biotech became accessible to the general population. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/12/19 05:31 PM
Can most childfree women be truly happy?Unhappiness comes from being overly attached to the self. Children can be a means to overcome the self, though it's not guaranteed. But so can your relationships with other people. And so can certain practices or revelations which might be deemed spiritual, mindful, or meditative. In so far as you're able to overcome self attachment, you can never be unhappy. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 02/12/19 10:33 PM
Why do males/females perceive themself as victims (in dating)?Normal people don't really...this just sounds like something someone believes after spending too much time on reddit. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/12/19 06:43 AM
post wall women and low smv menWrong. When women hit menopause/postmenopause any anger they have is usually directed at their husbands...definitely not other women and especially not younger women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/12/19 06:35 AM
Men think women see men as alpha or beta, because they are the ones who label women as madonnas or whores.Men categorize/label more than women do. If you look at gay men, they have about 100+ names for different types of men (twink, bear, otter, polar bear, panda bear, daddy, cub, etc.), and lesbians far, far less so. I'd chalk it up to a tendency of being male. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/11/19 10:41 PM
Are guys more attracted to above average but still ‘normal’ looking girls over mega hotties?I agree with most of your picks. And yeah, I don't know who are otherwise the bombshell women now. They used to dominate back in what I'll call the Baywatch era...I mean Vergara and Hendricks are still turning heads but they're those supposed "wall" women lol, so I don't know where their younger counterparts are. I don't keep up with media though so I'm sure they're out there. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/11/19 07:58 AM
Are guys more attracted to above average but still ‘normal’ looking girls over mega hotties?Ah, ok. I just get the sense the women you mentioned are women that girls tend to think are pretty (more angular types), vs. the types of girls a lot more men tend to think are hot (softer looking and more voluptuous like Bridget Bardot, Beyonce or Christina Hendricks.) I know men have different tastes and all that, it's just that I never hear men claiming to be mesmerized by the women on list you gave (aside from possibly Upton). | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/11/19 07:28 AM
Are guys more attracted to above average but still ‘normal’ looking girls over mega hotties? Those all seem like odd examples (Blake Lively? Ariana Grande?) I would think somebody like Selma Hayek, Isabelle Adjani, Phoebe Cates, or Sofia Vergara, all in their prime. (As if they still don't look pretty amazing right now) | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/11/19 06:49 AM
Partner Tracking, Porn is a gateway to cheating, Low need for sex, strong opinions on traditional gender roles... Guys wtf? Please tell me your thoughts. Please for the love of God do not take advice from people who you do not personally know or know to have some sort of expertise and certainly not from people on this forum The fact these types of questions pop up so often in this forum, of all places, is alarming. Do people not have any friends any more these days? Maybe the more important question is "how do I make friends with people who'll look out for me" and not this relationship stuff... | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/11/19 05:47 AM
Partner Tracking, Porn is a gateway to cheating, Low need for sex, strong opinions on traditional gender roles... Guys wtf? Please tell me your thoughts.IMHO I'd be wary about asking an internet forum full of strangers for love advice. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 09:22 PM
Masculinity of boyfriend/husbandIt doesn't matter really. The only attitude he should have about it is the IDGAF what anybody thinks vibe, which I suppose is considered a masculine thing. Otherwise I don't care if he's doing things like wearing dresses. If he does makeup, I'd be annoyed if he did it poorly and looked like a clown. Aside from actually transitioning, the only classically-feminine thing I would consider a huge turn off is if he had a high voice. My bits would turn as dry and dusty as a Martian desert. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 08:56 PM
So I’ll just go ahead and ask: Is the Red Pill real? Not much, but not sure if it's because I've been an oddball my entire life. I suspect I have a touch of the 'tism. I don't go for "chads", I don't go for looks though I can admire them afar, and I've always avoided/broke it off with men if I felt they were dumber than me. I don't consider myself that smart at all either--it's just that dumber men are a huge turn off. Also, some redpillers explanations get so extreme ("women can never be empathetic, EVER!") that they seem completely cartoonish. W… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 08:40 PM
Any gay or bisexual men lurk here? What's your take on the Red Pill?I don't ever think men would find someone like them being hurt that arousing - gay men likely self-insert in the porn they watch while straight men just watch the women. Interesting. As someone who has watched all types of porn excluding lesbian porn for actual lesbians, I don't think I've seen much difference in violence level porn unless you go rooting around in the darker corners of the internet (which I've only glanced at because it was too much to stomach.) Curious, do you actually believe … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 07:57 PM
Any gay or bisexual men lurk here? What's your take on the Red Pill?Immeasurably. That's why I can't take comments like "porn is violence against women" seriously. Have they even seen gay porn or how huge of an industry it is? Yes, there are problems with the porn industry but it has very much less to do with any idea that men oppress women and more to do with the fact men are men. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 05:33 PM
Any gay or bisexual men lurk here? What's your take on the Red Pill?Yep. There are definitely orgies, but the lesbian dating scene is very, very different. The joke "what does a lesbian bring to a second date? A U-Haul" is there for a reason. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 04:20 PM
Any gay or bisexual men lurk here? What's your take on the Red Pill?Ah yeah, I'm aware of this. I'm not sure the RP terminology like "spinning plates" really applies to them though. Like u/diffdedbed has said, there isn't much in the way of mental strategizing necessary. Just look good and/or have a big dick. Sometimes not even that. Of course, finding a longterm partner is a wholly different matter.... | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 03:41 PM
If woman are so selfish during romantic relationships, why are they less likely to leave a sick spouse and more likely to donate organs to a spouse?Seriously, the kind of willful ignorance being exhibited in this thread is pretty spectacular. There are a few things I can concur with in the RP worldview, but their total inability to see as women as empathetic and more caretaker-prone is amazing. There's a saying that says something akin to, "if you want to have it good in old age, have daughters, and if you don't, well, you're fucked." There might be a reason that saying exists... | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 05:32 AM
Trade-off question to women: would you rather have as LT partner a really attractive guy who makes less than you and is not super confident or an average looking one who outearns you and has a confident personality?Average looking one. Not every woman is looking for a "really attractive guy" and I think this is where RPers overexaggerate how many women are looking for this mythical beast called Chad. Especially if he's insecure over a lot of stuff...some women can only play the "mommy" game for so long before they're tired of it. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 04:51 AM
Is it possible to be a Red Pill Feminist?I'm of the opinion men and women are overall, emotionally very different and hormones play a major role on outlook, skill development and psychological tendencies. I don't think is the usual feminist take on things, but I could be wrong. I believe anyone should be allowed equal access to jobs and education, as long as they meet the requirements of intelligence, skill, strength, etc. I'd think this is a fairly milquetoast opinion that most people share, and that includes RPers. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/11/19 04:45 AM

Since Women's attractiveness to men will just decline with age, there's point in marriage or a LTR with menAll right, so it sounds like you're saying the industrial revolution is mostly accountable for the decline in male/female autonomy. But if you want to go into broader psychology, from what I understand and have read, overall human happiness actually suffered from the agricultural revolution onwards--where self-contained tribal groups ended up losing a lifestyle we as humans have been bred for hundreds of thousands of years to enjoy: less work, more, play, more closeness, living in nature, with b… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 07:19 PM
Since Women's attractiveness to men will just decline with age, there's point in marriage or a LTR with menYeah, this is what I'm wondering about right now--what exactly happened to male role models in general. Because yes, there HAVE been lots of divorce, and single parenting as a result, but that actually has been the decline, and men who are fathers are WAY more involved in their children's lives than might ever have been in history. So I don't know if just this particular generation of young people or what, but it seems like guys are desperately searching for a father figure, to show them the way… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 06:55 PM
Since Women's attractiveness to men will just decline with age, there's point in marriage or a LTR with menI think most of the people here are REALLY young. Sometimes I feel like they're describing a parallel universe, completely foreign to anything I've ever experienced. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 06:43 PM
“Better tk ask forgiveness than tk ask for permission.” Thoughts on this quote? It's complicated but yes. Things are weird right now. Most women want a guy to dominate/be more aggressive with them sexually and this is usually a huge turn on. The problem is that the combination of a few male psychopaths and overly fragile women who cannot speak up for themselves have left young people extremely confused. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 06:32 PM
Will society/Women be honest about the importance men conforming to gender roles like performative masculinity in spite of the popular egalitarian narrative?Yeah sure, but there's also other feminine traits: vulnerability, caring for the downtrodden or weak, being more flamboyant/artful with one's appearance, wanting to decorate one's homes and clothes beautifully, being spiritually-minded...these are all things women demonstrate more on average than men in Western society, and they're not really looked upon as "manly" things, particularly the first two. | 1 | What is your explanation for why men value "cheerfulness" in women, and why women value "mystery/intrigue" in men?Yeah, I did say it's not actually what happens IRL, just that it's a trope that seems common in media, especially media designed to appeal to a particular sex. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 06:19 PM
talented womenYou're a unicorn. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 06:12 PM
People reccomend a women should get married during her peak years in order to secure the best guy and therefore have more happiness, however I dont believe this will end in her being happy.Ok, the way I worded it might have been confusing. I meant start looking by the time you're 30 and settle down and try for kids before your mid-30s. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 06:11 PM
What is your explanation for why men value "cheerfulness" in women, and why women value "mystery/intrigue" in men?Ah yeah, the assumption is that both men and woman discussed are attractive. I guess I should have mentioned that. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 06:09 PM
Will society/Women be honest about the importance men conforming to gender roles like performative masculinity in spite of the popular egalitarian narrative?I would agree, though it's also partly because people still look down on anything feminine that causes both men to want to avoid doing anything that could be construed as such, as well as women wanting to become more manly to try and gain cred doing masculine things. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 11:07 AM
Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?Those women seemed fairly average to me, but ok. I really don't think you get BDD, but sorta think I understand where you're trying to go with this, so I'll just say thanks for the discussion for now, even though we're going to disagree on terms. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 10:45 AM
Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?Ah sorry, that reply was for the OP, not you, for a different comment where he basically said BDD only applies to women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 10:28 AM
Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?OP is really odd about this. It seems he has a pet theory he has to prove but needs to redefine the term so his theory makes sense. Instead of just avoiding a lot of confusion by refining his theory a bit. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 10:24 AM
Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?If you're not beautiful then the flaw isn't non-existent thus BDD wouldn't be a correct diagnosis. I mean, this is where I'm getting your definition from. I just sent you links of people who have BDD who do not fit the defintion of "most beautiful." For you to say, well no, they don't have BDD just means your going to define BDD arbitrarily which again, whatever, but just realize you are going against the actual definition. Also, as I said below it's actually a major thing for gay men to have ea… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 10:22 AM
Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?Gay men are well known for having eating disorders and BDD though...I feel like you have a very specific view of what BDD should be and want to stick to it for some bizarre reason. The question is...why? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 09:56 AM
Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?Sure, but where does it say the person has to be "the most beautiful of women"? I just don't understand why you have this caveat, it's really bizarre. I have my tabs open to a couple of girls with BDD right now, which I'm just going to PM you because I don't want to post them on a public space and make it worse should they ever find this thread. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 09:48 AM
I made it clear to my "husband" that I didn't want to be proposed to. Am I now a "Forever girlfriend"?Ahhhh, taking anything off the internet as your primary guide to how to view life is a REALLY BAD IDEA. Especially when it comes to relationships. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 09:33 AM
I made it clear to my "husband" that I didn't want to be proposed to. Am I now a "Forever girlfriend"?We can't possibly know because we don't know your bf. You are freaked out about a supposed problem here, but the real issue is the fact you are asking a forum of total strangers to give you advice about someone we don't know, and and that person is someone you are supposed to know and communicate with on an intimate level. I didn't feel the need to pressure him, or go through some ritual about it. I thought he would appreciate it. | 7 | Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?Hmm, that sounds like a very unusual definition of BDD that I don't agree with at all. But ok, carry on. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 08:10 AM
Men are the one's who lead themselves into dead bedroomsI have no idea what you're arguing for or against. I'm describing a phenomenon that occurs throughout the course of a woman's life. My comment makes no judgment or suggestion of what actions are taken as a result. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 07:58 AM
Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?What? There are plenty of people with BDD who are not beautiful. These are people who are told "you look fine" but continue to believe they are criminally ugly. "Sort of ignored" in the way any average-to-cute woman is ignored. There to be a friend because when there are hotter girls about, not someone to diligently pursue. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 07:52 AM
Why do you think even the most beautiful of women get EDs and BDD?Is it really the most beautiful of women who get ED or BDD? From my experience it's attractive women but not the 1%. Pretty but not exceptionally so. That being said, I remember one of the girls with an eating disorder telling me the insane amount of attention she got from men once she went from 120 to 100 (I think she was about 5'4"). So she was sort of ignored before but then she hit 100 and started getting a gaggle of guys following her wherever she went. I know she even got thinner than that… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 07:35 AM
Why is talent so undervalued by RP communities as a way of attracting women? Thanks for the details. Quite interesting you molded him into a Chad and congrats on the transformation. My own instincts would be to go the other way, namely because I'm weird and I don't care very much about looks (intelligence and wit are way more important to me) and the less he appeals to other women, the lazier I feel I can be. But again, I feel like I'm odd compared to most women (wouldn't be surprised if I'm on the spectrum.) | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 07:21 AM

Ask yourself if women depicted in MGTOW are like the women you know in real life. Perhaps there is a similar distortion (or truth, depending) in your own current mode of thinking. My own experience leads me to believe a certain segment of the population fit the stereotypes, but there's another segment where they don't, namely due to sex drives not fitting the mold depicted above. | 3 | Men are the one's who lead themselves into dead bedroomsYeah, it's one of the reasons some women stop using the pill altogether. For some reason it screws with their libido big time. So yeah, the pill "works" really well on some women, lol, just not the way it was intended to be used. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 04:33 AM |
Men are the one's who lead themselves into dead bedroomsSure, it certainly can be. I'm just talking about the women whose libidos disappear entirely during the baby stage. It's an actual phenomenon. They don't want to be touched by their husbands, they don't even want to pet their dogs or cats. It's like evolution made it so they're only ok being touched by their baby and THAT'S IT. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 03:58 AM

Men are the one's who lead themselves into dead bedroomsNot sure if it's so simple... hormones fluctuate a lot through a woman's life, especially postpartum with kids and also especially around menopause. The demands of young children can also throw a massive wrench into the dynamics of the relationship. In even the healthiest of relationships, a woman who was extremely sexual at the beginning can have a completely different libido later on, depending on any of these factors down the line. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 01:40 AM
Why is talent so undervalued by RP communities as a way of attracting women? Why do you think you stood out from the other guys? Looks, social skills, or something else? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/11/19 12:46 AM
Regulation not RepressionI agree with the OP but also with you. I think men learn to express emotions in more healthy ways with each other, but not with women. The dynamic with women isn't necessarily bad, but isn't as helpful as when a guy gets either support/affirmation/or realtalk from a guy. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/11/19 11:33 PM
Regulation not RepressionBy the time most guys hit middle age, I'm sure they would be more likely to agree with you. Ideally, I think guys should be more emotionally forthcoming with each other though, not with women. The bonding, insight and affirmations they get from other men is more valuable on most issues. When they spill the beans with women there's another dynamic going on which isn't bad, but isn't as helpful. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/11/19 11:29 PM

| 1 | Why does n count matter to guys?Seriously, the whole thread reflects how differently women and men see sex. I wonder if any guy over 40 feels the same way these young guys do about past partner count. I can understand not wanting a partner who has a high count because it reflects a different type of morality/value-system, but this idea that a woman will constantly be thinking about past partners and whether he measures up is pretty insane. And I guess a lot of people in general have low self esteem, so it does happen that women date down.
