Okay, but was my reply to her shit test successful? I maintained frame, but I'm not sure if I passed. I won't ever get with her because she's now moved to another city for college, but I'm just analysing my interactions to improve my game.

Glad to hear you life's improved after learning about them. By the way, is what I wrote in the post correct? Does the first shit test always require a response?

Note: I know full well I shouldn't have spoken behind his back, but at the time I faced a scarcity mindset (a family member passed away which had a cascading effect so mentally I wasn't 100%), so I let my friend's rude insult get to me which led me to get angry towards him and speak behind his back. Everything's fixed with him now because I defended him a year later when she accused him of being a creepy harasser.

Yeah I know that, read the pinned comment :) Also, could you elaborate on why it's bad to speak behind your friend's back to a girl you like?

Yeah I get that, but did my particular response work or not? Also, could you pls elaborate what you mean by you treating them as a bad joke. Any examples?

More context: at the time I faced a scarcity mindset (I don't want to get into why), which is why my friend's rude insult towards me was able to get to me and make me sympathise with the girl more. I know full well I shouldn't have spoken behind his back, but at the time I did so because he rudely insulted me (mixed with my scarcity mindset). Everything's fixed now because I defended him later on when she accused him of being a creepy harasser. My question is just if what I described in the Post…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
