That is exactly why I avoided the word feminism in my previous comment - it's unfortunately a name that has been corrupted and connected with activism and actions that it never wanted to achieve in the first place. Which is really sad. Because feminism in its original form is an important movement, nobody will have justice until we're all equal. 82	I watched the Redpill. Proper MRAs do not. But then again, actual advocates for equal rights don't either. I don't want to say feminists here because that word just has been corrupted so badly. It's always bad to generalize. And both sides have a lot of extremists, that don't have a lot to do with the actual goal of the movement. Extremists are awful- for both sides. Unfortunately they're often the loudest. The outcry about International Men's Day not being properly recognized is just the loudest on Women's Day because you notice what kind of attention that day actually gets - which is good, don't get me wrong. An actual sentence is far from the only thing that comes with it.. people looking down on you/losing friends, job opportunities being denied because of it, and don't forget the enormous amount of time, energy and money you waste after such an accusation. (Just like the post perfectly described). And it's not like it's all over after a case gets dismissed for example for missing evidence. This kind of stuff sticks with you.
