I've done both of these. But I'm sad. I'm despondent. What do I do?

The influence she wields on me is stupefying. It's maddening. I'm trying to get better with every passing week.

I'm joining a gym ASAP. It's time to focus on myself. Thanks for commenting.

Hey there. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'd really appreciate some advice related to lifting. Lifting is foreign to me.

Some tough love there. I appreciate it. Sure, I haven't assimilated TRP principles completely. But I've made some improvements. Lost weight and eat better. I need some lifting advice. Any tips?

Have already minimised my interaction with classmates. I keep to myself.

I so agree with you. I shouldn't have shown them my vulnerable side. Hopefully this will pass soon.

I understand. I'm happy for her. She does deserve joy in her life. It's undoubtable. However it's my attachment that's causing immense agony. Does it get any better? I'll be joining a gym tomorrow itself.

I've written this on behalf of my father. He needs help. Please don't sabotage this post. I implore you.

I can't move to another country. My parents are 80 years old. They need me to be with them. They're infirm. Honestly I'm tired of crying. On some days death seems easier than life.

There isn't much I can do to prevent the loss of money. Higher courts won't review this decision. I'll have to embrace it. More than the loss of money I'm grieving the loss of the lady who was with me through ups and downs. She was a fine woman. Kind, compassionate and purposeful are some words that describe her well. She took great care of my family. It seems implausible that I'll survive this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
