Couldn’t agree more. Personally, Stronglifts 5x5 started me off, but one size certainly doesn’t fit all. The best program is the one you can actually stick with.

Fair point. Feels like maybe he’s waiting for everything to be just right before he gets going. Bottom line: STFU and lift. Something.

If you’re really short of resources I recommend Never Let Go by Dan John. Sandbag carries, asymmetric lifting, etc. Not ideal, but a good start.

🤣 ok. What fashion advice do you have for our hypothetical 40 year old balding fat bloke? Who should he be trying to look like?
/r/AllPillDebate16/09/22 01:03 PM

Backtracking eh? Well done. What you’re talking about is basic grooming. That’s actually red pill advice! 😉

Except you’re wrong. He can: Lose weight and gain muscle. Become rich. Become high status. Cultivate a more dominant and confident personality. Shave his head - baldies are statistically more attractive than baldINGs. The numbers are on my side here.

You think you are actually convincing any male to be weak and effeminate? ROFL No. What you're doing is convincing them to get a haircut.

By offering easier and higher quality sex than the younger girls. By having a good body and being not ugly. Even then, she's outclassed by younger girls, especially if they are pre-wall. She's a novelty, and will only hold attention for a limited time. Why? Because at an entirely subconscious level, the man is assessing her as a bad choice for motherhood of his children. So, answer the question I asked above. Third time of asking.

You didn't answer the question. Try again.

We've had this debate before, you and I. Remember? I do wonder why you are so desperate to try to convince grown men to be weak and effeminate pretty boys.

I’m reminded of a lyric from the Bloodhound gang: women are like dog poo, hear me through-don’t interrupt. It’s just the older that they get the easier they are to pick up

Broadly speaking I’d agree. There are exceptions but they prove the rule.

Why would the top tier young guy fuck an older woman? All the young ones are also available. And every bit as disposable.
/r/AllPillDebate15/09/22 09:13 PM
3

Not entirely true. They want the Alpha-adjacent scraps, and the validation that they can still make a young dick hard. Also some of them think they are fighting the patriarchy somehow, by fucking a younger guy.

Clever girl. She’s worked out that dating apps are not good for most women, and hardly any men. Her problem will be that if she only gives those cards to Chad or Tyrone, she won’t see any change in her success rate. Do we know exactly “why” she was frustrated with Hinge?
/r/AllPillDebate08/09/22 03:54 PM
4

Yup. Nailed it. Get stronger and work on himself in all aspects. Aim to get more money, more status etc and be able to enjoy life more. The women will come. Consider moving too. Also: I got a sense that there were some opportunities there that hadn’t been taken. Kid’s got to learn that he has to be a go-getter, rather than expecting things to fall in his lap.

Ok. Let me try and be actually helpful. You’ve been sent here by a friend. This means you probably haven’t gone through the MRP sidebar yet, and may not even know about the main MRP sub. Here’s what you do: Find that sidebar. Begin reading. There is a shit-ton to read. You need to read it all. Probably twice. Find a gym, and begin lifting weights. Don’t pussy around on the cardio machines, or give an excuse about ingrowing toenails. Begin praying at the Iron temple. It doesn’t matter how little …
/r/askMRP06/09/22 08:01 PM

I think it’s less personality and more attitude and status. Looks is also only part of the visual assessment - there are two other factors: muscle mass and height. All those are what will give her the tingles. What’ll make her want you for a relationship is more complex, and at that point we have to take some additional things in to account: namely resources. Money, Car, House, etc.
/r/AllPillDebate06/09/22 05:37 PM

So if they were made of purple silicon you’d have a different opinion?
/r/AllPillDebate06/09/22 03:24 PM

I think the top 3 or 4 would totally have claimed theirs, and the process would have gone from there. Inevitable.

/r/AllPillDebate06/09/22 01:34 PM

Why? As long as the wealth / Security / Safety / Status lasts, she’ll stay right there. Please don’t say you believe in True Love…
/r/AllPillDebate06/09/22 07:02 AM
3

It can. Women actually find wealth attractive. It represents safety and security, which they are genetically programmed to seek out. Looks (including height and muscle) are also important, as they represent superior genetics for baby. Personality does matter a bit. Women find Alpha behaviour attractive (although this is easily confused with merely “Dick” behaviour, which is not”).

…and now denying you went for an ad hominem despite it being blindingly obvious. Not good at this, are you? Think of it this way. If you go for the man (me), not the ball (my argument) the. You are attempting an ad-hom. Do better, lefticle.

/r/AllPillDebate04/09/22 04:21 PM

Nope. Cool attempt at plugging a left wing agenda though. In actuality it’s the result of female hypergamy, combined with hookup culture and dating apps. Also the long term impact of feminism on society.

Or she’s lying. As clickbait.
/r/AllPillDebate04/09/22 04:14 PM

I think she’s doing herself an enormous disservice. Firstly because the guys she’s being fucked by are probably in the Chad/Tyrone bracket. Which means they are likely to behave like serious arseholes towards her. She’s likely to judge all future men by that metric, which is unfair to them and unhealthy for her. Second, the minute any future boyfriends find out about that behaviour she will immediately be diminished in their eyes for wife/mate potential, principally because she poses a high risk…

Are you talking about the friend zone? Women put men in the friend zone when they want attention but not sex from the man. The attention feels good, but he isn’t sparking her interest. The aim of these guys is to fuck. Let’s be clear. But in the face of friendzoning they attempt half-assed romantic crap that comes across as a crush. When the guy starts simping like this, women do not like it. Why? Because it’s not the kind of attention they want from that guy. There is no “solution”. From the gu…

The wall is about fertility. It’s the point when ladies realise their eggs are going stale, and that they are about to run out of time to have a family. With that realisation comes the “gotta finda hubby” panic, because nobody in their right mind want to raise kids on their own. But suddenly these gals find that the hot guys they were (and are still) fucking don’t want to wife them up. Because why the hell would they? So there is a scramble to find a man to “settle” with.

I think different factors govern it in the two sexes. Testosterone is a major factor but so are others. Female ovulation is a major factor as well. Plus: people can quote studies all they like. Head over to r/deadbedrooms and see who’s complaining about what. Edit: fat fingers
/r/AllPillDebate03/09/22 10:14 PM

I don’t know where to start with this, so I’ll summarise with three words. Inaccurate Misandrist Horseshit. Women do NOT have the same sex drive as men. Full stop. Why? Because testosterone has a pivotal role in the libido of both sexes. Female bodybuilders that inject the stuff typically report a “thousand percent” increase in libido. Therefore the central premise of OP’s comment is false.

/r/AllPillDebate02/09/22 12:31 PM

Even worse. You are going to end up despising him quicker, and eyeing up richer guys that you meet at work. You’d be better off encouraging him to earn more money and supporting him in that endeavour, rather than what you’re currently doing. You will 100% respect him more when he earns more than you, and will be statistically less likely to cheat on him with Mike from accounts. All he is to you at the moment is a babysitter with a dick.
/r/AllPillDebate01/09/22 11:13 PM

I suggest you are deluding yourself in an attempt to justify the situation. You should do your share. Which one of you is the prime breadwinner?
/r/AllPillDebate01/09/22 10:55 PM
4

So he isn’t getting more sex. He’s just not getting emotionally abused, because he’s pampering you. Gotcha. The thing is, at some point he won’t pamper you enough, and the yelling will start again, so he’ll try to do better and so on and so on. All the while you will grow more contemptuous of him, and he will grow more resentful of you. I suggest you do your share.
/r/AllPillDebate01/09/22 10:40 PM

It won’t last. Edit: and the seeds of his resentment are already planted. Is he getting more sex for all this effort?
/r/AllPillDebate01/09/22 10:31 PM

My point exactly. As the amount of young men getting no pussy ever increases, so too do incidents of male rage. It isn’t just school shootings, it’s smaller things like murder, rape, assault, armed burglary etc. General violence.
/r/AllPillDebate01/09/22 05:01 PM
8

Short answer? Because you are already beginning to lose respect for him and, slowly but surely, you will end up being contemptuous of and hating him. And he’s on the same road, no matter what he says.
/r/AllPillDebate01/09/22 03:50 PM

Up to a point. It’s actually unhealthy for society due to the amount of male rage it generates.

LOL. Sorry dude. Misread your post and it went from there. ...in which case my advice would be: Go to the gym and learn how to lift heavy. Continue that. use that IQ and education to leverage as much status and / or money as possible. Ensure you display the potential for money and status that you have. Don't bother with dating apps. They won't work for you. Looksmax yourself. Pay attention to grooming etc.

Interesting set of assumptions you have there. You’ve also rationalised this quite hard. The fact is you don’t find IQ anywhere near as attractive as a good set of titties. Because what you find attractive is decided in your monkey brain, not your white-knight brain. You’ve rationalised that you should find girls with a high IQ attractive. You still find titties attractive but you try to override it. You, as a man, are not hardwired to find those with lots of resources attractive. You’re hardwir…

Wrong again. Because anyone who put forward that argument deserves to have it shredded, and those people who might otherwise agree with that argument can then see that shredding and think “that opinion is wrong”. Cancelling/blocking people is counterproductive. It is silencing their voices, not dismantling their arguments. Those same impressionable minds see it happening and think “that opinion is being suppressed - there must be some truth to it.” Cancelling racists makes more racists. Is that …

Nope. No he was not. He wanted dialogue. Lefties don’t like dialogue, and that’s why the harpy in question shot him down. Before you reeee back, consider this. Nobody got to see an explanation of why he was wrong. They just saw him silenced. His argument was therefore not defeated, it was covered up. Do you get why that’s a bad thing, mr socialist?
/r/AllPillDebate30/08/22 03:50 PM
3

I don’t mean to be harsh. Just truthful. IQ might be something that helps with charm or something. It’s not really something men find attractive in their gut, though. She’s better off using that IQ to understand what men actually want, and advertising that instead.
/r/AllPillDebate30/08/22 03:45 PM

Everything’s a competition old boy. The point I was making is that women get complimented for their looks way, way, way more often than men, yet they tend to complain about how invisible they feel much more frequently too. You get told how pretty you are all the time? Bully for you. Well done. Congrats. No, really. You really are a special case...

Your educational creds and IQ are irrelevant to men. Sorry.
/r/AllPillDebate30/08/22 06:40 AM

Uh huh. I have probably had three unprompted compliments in my life, that I can remember, yet you think you are invisible because the last one you had was a couple of months ago. The first one last year was from a woman who then spent a couple of minutes apologising for doing so. I think she thought I might metoo her! 😂 Do you see the disconnect?
/r/AllPillDebate30/08/22 06:35 AM

/r/AllPillDebate29/08/22 09:59 PM
3

“A lot of women do feel invisible to men” - that’s all relative. You compare things to the way they were when you were young, and men would say anything to get in to your underwear. Here’s some context: I had the first unprompted compliment on the way I look in my life last year. I’m late 40’s. What was that about invisibility?

I’m 5”10. I had a 6”0 girlfriend for a couple of years. No issues. You are dodging the issue, I think. Women are hugely picky for reasons that are not to do with the threat of rape, pregnancy etc. What do you think is driving that pickiness, and why does OP want to obfuscate?
/r/AllPillDebate29/08/22 10:36 AM
1

Why do you think she made the comment in the first place? She’s responding to male criticism from some quarters that women are “too picky”, and is attempting to justify that pickiness by saying “because rape”. My response regarding the pickiness that women exhibit via the dating apps (all of them, not just Tinder) is that it really isn’t about avoiding rape. It’s about something else. Height is merely a useful factor to examine as it illustrates that pickiness perfectly. It clearly has zero to d…
/r/AllPillDebate29/08/22 07:08 AM
1

[sigh] Read OP’s post again. Read my response. She’s saying women are picky in order to avoid rape. My response was “that doesn’t explain why height is so important”. In other words, she’s deluding herself and her initial comment is incorrect.
/r/AllPillDebate29/08/22 06:44 AM

Nope. Not sarcastic. A woman saying men shouldn’t be blue pilled is… refreshing.

Healthy perspective. Take my upvote.
/r/AllPillDebate28/08/22 07:49 AM

The women on that thread are the female equivalent of blackpill. They try to justify not being in a healthy relationship themselves by decrying all relationships with men. They aren’t representative of women as a whole.

/r/askMRP26/08/22 05:14 AM

You’re kind of making my point for me, which is that the reasons OP cites for being picky are absolutely not the reasons they are picky. She’s being dishonest - to the world and possibly herself.

/r/AllPillDebate25/08/22 03:40 PM

Except all the reasons you’ve listed ARE NOT the reasons women are picky on Tinder. It’s documented, for example, that 75% of women on dating apps set their height filter at 6’0 or over. How does that relate to the threat of rape, kidnapping or pregnancy? You are attempting to set up a straw man, and have been called on it. Sorry.
/r/AllPillDebate25/08/22 03:40 PM
2

Perhaps. Read more though. There are whole books on how women test you in various ways - mainly subconsciously. Once you internalise this knowledge properly, you get to the point where you can appropriately react in any given situation, and it’s that state of competence that you want to get to. When the guys on here say “sidebar” that’s what they mean: read, read again, internalise. But it’s way, way more than just being able to pass tests. Read the sidebar, amigo. Then read it again. Speak to a lawyer. Right now. I mean stop reading this and go and find a lawyer. Right. Now. Begin sidebar, lift, STFU. Don’t come back until you have a MAP worked out, based on the assumption you’ll be divorced in six months. Treat her like a room-mate. Pass the Shit Tests. DO NOT pass the comfort tests.

Ok. If you’re a PT and in great shape, I have to say some of the advice here (“start lifting”) is bogus. Because you already lift. I think your problem is that at 35 you aren’t a man yet. The most important thing is reading the MRP sidebar and STFU. Start working through them all. Expect to have to read those books several times. There are other books you’ll find too. Read them. Take what is useful and discard the rest. Learn what a MAP is. Run it. And take your time. Read, read, read. It takes …

I find intermittent fasting easier than constant calorie control, but it’s horses for courses. Whatever you can stick to long term is what you should do. Exercise wise? As everyone else has said: Stronglifts 5x5. The most important thing is to just STFU and lift.

Interesting. I was only just commenting on another thread that there is a female equivalent of Black Pill, and here you are. Calm down dear. Men are attracted to fertility markers. In other words, signs that a female is healthy and strong enough to bring a child to term, give birth, nurse and raise an infant to self sufficiency. Those genetics are ancient, and optimised humanity for survival in the Neolithic. I’ll come back to that. Note that this is not conscious. The signs of such fertility an…

Not acknowledging the underlying lies and strategies that both sexes use. Typically believe in blue pill concepts like “the One (tm)”. In fact the difference between White and Blue is that White Pills try not to blame anyone for problems, while Blue pills always blame men.
/r/AllPillDebate23/08/22 11:56 AM

My take? White pill = optimistic about everything concerning dating and the opposite sex. Can also be accused of having their head in the sand. Black Pill = only really refers to males (although IMHO there is certainly a female equivalent). You’re hopeless on the dating scene because - I assume from your comments - you consider yourself a male feminist. This makes you far more likely to be a simp. And women tend to have contempt for simps. Read some Dawkins. Understand why women around the world tend to find male strength and male dominance attractive, (despite what they say), and why men around the world tend to find female fertility markers attractive. Once you understand the Why, things will become clear. That, or bury your head…

With regards social structure, men date across and down. Women date across and up. While there are exceptions, that appears to be hardwired across cultures. So, a woman who is a rich successful lawyer may well fuck the pool guy who is her age if he’s buff. But there’s no way she wants him as a husband. Women find men with less resources than them unattractive as a long term mate. It is what it is.
/r/AllPillDebate22/08/22 11:50 AM

I recommend you read “the Selfish Gene” by Richard Dawkins if not already done so. Male and female dating strategies are very, very different and are driven at a genetic level.

The interesting thing here isn’t that the husband wanted it. It’s that the wife allowed it. He’s following a genetic level sexual imperative. She’s the female variant of a cuck.

Go for it, brother. Ignore the harridans on here. If you go somewhere you are “scarce” you will get more attention. Red pill here. There is no hate. Women are the way they are. Modern society just attempts to lie and say women are somehow better than the way they are, is all. Key red pill message for guys is this: make yourself all you can be, and you’ll have the best life you can. So, if you’re a 3, go to the gym and get rich and successful. Then you’ll be more than a 3. I don’t think we’re disagreeing much. Genghis Khan was indeed a bit of a unique specimen, but the (voluntary) formation of harems and polygamy is proof that there are occasions where both the male and female drives coincide to produce this situation. What does the female get? Resources. Safety. Status. We aren’t really too dissimilar to Chimpanzee society, with the exception that human females have actually physically evolved to be able to lie to men about paternity (Google “concealed ovulation”…

I think the biology is more of an underlying drive. It's possible to override it with the application of willpower or if there are other imperatives that have a stronger effect. Science seems to have a slightly rose-tinted view with regards human reproduction. They kind of gloss over things like Genghis Khan's genetic legacy, the development of harems and polygamy in certain parts of the world, and so on. Monogamous relationships benefit society, but not necessarily the individual male. From the…

It’s not a deliberate choice, really. They are as dominated by their genetic imperatives as we are. Put those imperatives together with modern society, dating apps etc and you get the current situation. The hoe phase is what you get when they have a subconscious drive to get impregnated by the guys with the best genetics possible (alpha fucks), combined with a society that enables them to have sex with minimal risk (of pregnancy, unfunded motherhood, whatever). Here’s another elephant in the room. Due to the way human male and female dating strategies operate, there is an effect that women perceive as “unfair”. It is this: Men who have sex with lots of women are perceived (unconsciously) as more attractive for sex BY WOMEN. Why? Because he must have good genetics, and “I want me a piece of that for my baby” says the Dawkinsian drive in the back of the female mind. Women who have sex with lots of men are perceived by other men as unattractive for relati…

@ u/Individual_Sky_2540 Male sexual strategy (this applies to most mammals), driven by Dawkinsian selfish gene theory, is to fuck as many females as possible, in order to have as many progeny as possible. Female sexual strategy is to ensure that the genetics of their progeny are optimised, and that sufficient safety and resources are available to bring the child to term and raise it through infant hood. Thus, females gatekeeper sex while males gatekeeper relationships. This means male and female…

That’s nebulous, outside your control and is essentially a form of covert contract with those who you want to think you look good. That way lies also narcissism. /r/AllPillDebate15/08/22 07:00 AM

Your third point is wrong, or the definition of Relationship that you’re using is wrong. Women on dating apps only select the top 20% of men as a potential match (with height being disproportionately important). Let’s call that 20% the Chads. Men generally are genetically driven to fuck as many women as possible, although they prefer those that are the most attractive. This means the Chads fuck most women on dating sites. A work trip as a single person? (Not Single, single). Acceptable, but I’d recommend a late night video call to husband/BF. Conventions. Ladies should be particularly aware that such activity is deeply suss due to the alcohol these tend to involve. There isn’t anything men can do about having these concerns as they are hardwired. What men will say though is “I don’t mind”, while overriding their instincts.
/r/AllPillDebate13/08/22 05:43 PM

This is women’s problem, and the reason I do not recommend anyone under 6’0 bothers with dating apps. Unless you lie when specifying your height - but if that’s the case you have to come clean in the description.
/r/AllPillDebate13/08/22 05:37 PM

You shouldn’t. The point is that your comment is irrelevant to the rest of the world, which is shorter, when it comes to talking about baseline figures. Also, whether you consider a man “tall” or “short” is irrelevant to this conversation. It’s what the women think on this that counts, as it is their sexual selection criteria that is under discussion.

Knitting. Cookery (especially baking). Anything geekish. Honestly I don’t care. The red flags are those which require one of two things: Socialising with blokes and alcohol, without me being there. And yet the incidence of males getting such abuse from their wives pre-feminism was drastically less… Are you really saying that men aren’t more dangerous than women? That it’s a zero sum game? The issue here is a touch more nuanced than you are trying to imply. Men have dramatically more capacity for violence and destruction, but women are just as capable of evil behaviour. Death by the sword or death by poison is still death.

And yet sugar daddies are a thing, while sugar mummies aren’t (don’t bother trying to point out exceptions. They’re exceptions). The core male roles are Protect, Procreate and Provide. Women are evolved to find those who can best perform those roles most attractive, because it gives their offspring the most benefits. If you live in a world where long term survival depends on your mates ability to impale sabre-tooth tigers and woolly mammoths, then his muscles get you access to food and security …

On the height thing: the importance of that can’t be overstated. Once again, 75% of women on dating apps set their height filter at 6’ or higher. So? It means 75% of women don’t even see 85% of men. It also totally encourages outright lying on the apps.
/r/AllPillDebate08/08/22 12:10 PM

That’s my point. Men and women find very different things attractive, for different reasons.
/r/AllPillDebate08/08/22 12:07 PM

You’re still dodging. There are physical attributes and behaviours that the sexes find differentially attractive. Facially, both sexes like symmetry as it indicates healthy genetics. Men find fertility markers attractive. Wide hips, big boobs etc. things that indicate a woman can bring a baby to term, not die while delivering it, and then survive long enough for it to get out of infancy. Women find strength markers attractive. Because strength indicates the ability to provide security and protec…

I don’t disagree. It’s 18/50 because those are the single ages which the biggest swath of the opposing sex is interested in. Male Chads can be classed as a Chad from 18 to about 35. Women over 30 though are looking at resources as well as abs and height. Chad dick is desirable to them, but so are nice holidays.

You have so much of this wrong it hurts. Sorry. It’s a big subject and I doubt we can go through it all here. It includes socio-biological concepts like paternity fraud, concealed ovulation, sexual marketplace value, hyper gamy and so on. Suffice to say that most of the resentment - I’m assuming the OP is questioning why low-value men feel resentment - is because they don’t get an opportunity for sex full stop. Low value women, though, can get sex whenever they like. Because the in-built libidos…

Hence the need for guts and effort. And Game. I understand the metoo problem. You need to think through the places where that is less likely to happen, that’s all, but development of Game, Frame etc is the most important thing. This is because girls want to be approached unless they don’t. You need to find a way of doing it that minimises the metoo risk, while maximising your own chances, and that takes… have a guess… guts and effort.

Everything you say is entirely correct. But it doesn’t change the way women are. It is the way it is. If you’re not 6’ tall then you shouldn’t be bothering with dating apps. You’re putting in whatever effort you are putting in, in order to be filtered out immediately. Far better to go old school. But that takes a lot of guts and effort.
/r/AllPillDebate06/08/22 09:34 PM

This is all about the normal distribution curve, not statistical anomalies. I’m 5’10” and had a 6’ girlfriend for a while. That doesn’t change the fact that I am filtered out of 75% of female search parameters on dating apps.
/r/AllPillDebate06/08/22 08:18 PM

Sorry dude. Height attraction in Bio females is absolutely genetic. In others it is cultural. Bear this in mind: there is more to “passing” than looks.

Yep
/r/AllPillDebate06/08/22 05:33 PM

The key question is: how tall is short? Someone did an analysis of the height filters on dating apps. I’m 5’10” - actual average height - and would be filtered out by 75% of the ladies. Dating apps are worthless

Ok. Weights. Forget 100x10. Go for 5x5, with 2 min interval. Bench, Deadlift, Press, Back Squat, Pull Ups. Work those bitches through the Linear Progression phase. That will give you higher maximal strength and kickstart hypertrophy - provided you eat enough. Consider the GOMAD diet, you flipping beanpole (I have entirely the opposite problem). If you have time, add assistance exercises, but for them follow the German Volume Training protocol (10x10 with 1 min interval). This really boosts the h…

This is the way In fact, do all this FIRST, gather as much evidence as you will need to hang her out to dry, and then tell your wife you know what she’s doing, and that she needs to stop. No need to talk divorce at that point, but DO NOT take it off the table. Then keep on with your MAP. If divorce happens, you win. If she stops, you win.

/r/AllPillDebate01/08/22 12:45 PM

The lesson here, gentlemen, is this: DO NOT USE DATING APPS. Your efforts should be in boosting your own SMV and then going old-school to meet chicks. Any effort or money you put in to apps is wasted. The ladies will seek to maximise the compliments you send them - purely for the dopamine hit. But unless you are an aggregate 9+ (including height) you have no hope.

Really useful. Many thanks for taking the time.👍 I was thinking along these lines, but was having trouble really working out delivery for some reason. This stuff isn’t easy to discuss. You have crystallised my thinking and I am thankful. As for the others - they’re just voices on the internet. MRP is not used to considering fatherhood, I think, so the knee-jerk was to treat this as an OYS and try to subject me to the normal soviet-style “struggle session”. Interesting. You’re right in that I was/am aiming this at beginner-MRP fathers of older children. So there’s no difference between dads and not-dads? Fatherhood has no impact?

More muscle-memory TBH. Nobody on here owes me anything, or vice versa. But the dad thing is more an attempt to understand perspective - not that you’ll believe that (but I don’t care - voices on the internet). Dads do have a different perspective to non-dads when it comes to children, do they not?

This - this is actionable advice. Many thanks. I think what I’ll do is probably treat those notes as my own flash cards. TBH writing them up really helped me to get the info in to my head, and think through a lot of the nonsense she’s likely to face in the future. Might also pick through that old sub, if it is still accessible. IMHO the fatherhood aspect feels like its largely neglected in favour of maximising sex with the wife. Fairly sure there is more useful advice out there than “just be the…

I know it’s about me - full well. Like I said, above and below, though, this isn’t about seeking advice per se. It’s about offering something to those who find themselves in the same situation, beyond what you are saying: “I wouldn’t start from here if I were you” It’s fairly obvious you aren’t in anything like the same situation - therefore this post isn’t really aimed at you. Simples.

Thanks for your reply. To answer your question: No I am not. If anyone has anything to add, or tell me is wrong with those notes from a factual / theory perspective, fine. I’m not after advice beyond that - I know that the best thing I could have done was to have started down this road decades ago. The fact is I didn’t. Internet retard commentary here is expected. I can’t change the past. All I can do now is triage the damage and start doing the rest of the work. The point of the post is really …

I know that. I have internalised enough of the material to understand that I am the core of my own problems. The thing is, this forum’s comfort zone is reacting to OYS by getting guys to admit that. Ideally, I would love to have been completely red-pilled twenty five years ago. Then I wouldn’t have this particular challenge to face. But that’s not where I am now. A key part of solving problems like this is an honest understanding of the current situation. Only then is it possible to chart a path…
