If you take Zinc, you're going to want to also take Copper, but at different points in the day. For example, Copper with breakfast, Zinc before bed. This is to prevent possible effects like hair thinning from the Zinc. Also, I'd recommend taking the Magnesium Citrate at night as well if you aren't already, since it aids sleep/recovery.
