There are so many unspoken assumptions in your post it's hard to even unpack it.

Fantasy is hardly ever the same as reality.
"Once I get with one" is a loaded phrase - you need to expand.
Unless you are hard-core good looking, muscular, abs, etc. then you're going to have to have some sort of game. And because MILFs are experienced women, they will knock you on your ass if you don't have game and try to talk yourself into their pants.
