I'm in Australia, my mum is with me but she has chronic depression, the more i open up how I'm feeling to her, the more upset she gets, and the more I feel guilty and have the additional guilt and baggage from that. I like the hotlines because I can let my guard down with strangers. Which is probably why I'm being so open on here

I posted yesterday about being upset and you guys helped me. A little while ago I posted on /r/suicidewatch and im still waiting for an answer from anyone. I posted on /r/pleasecallme and im still waiting for an answer. I'm currentl on an online chatbox for suicide prevention and it says I have to wait, I've been waiting for 35 mins. Thanks, I need this. As nice as it is to talk to someone on the suicide helpline I've been down this road and I know its not personal and heavily scripted. Yes, no, cyanide possible, no i dont have anyone, no i dont have access to it, no I dont have a GP, yes I will see one for a mental health plan. it takes all of the emotional support out of it and makes me feel even more lonely than I did before
