I think regardless wether you ultimately decide to take her back you should divorce her in the meantime. It seems to me like your reasons for wanting to be with her don't warrant continuing a broken relationship. Fortunately, great sex with a person you like to be around is something you can find again.

Literally the day I sought out lawyers she called the cops on me for intimidation. Luckily I had read a lot of these posts and was recording on a device on me in public spaces in the house which kept me out of jail. She literally called the cops and me six more times in the next few months, each accusation escalating. My recordings and cool demeanor kept me out of trouble. Begin with the end in mind, courts and cops will favor women in these situations initially. I literally had to leave my hous…

I'm self represented, already went through trail, did fine. I was wondering what motion would cover this , I appreciate your input though.

Not to sound crass but I would make her disclose her OF income , if she's made a lot you could be entitled to some money

Keep being that person you want to be for your family and for yourself. It's going to hurt for awhile but it sounds like a little emotional separation from you might be good for you to step back and get a little perspective. Nothing is final , and if you truly make some changes over a long period of time it might help to get her back . See that therapist and maybe even a psychiatrist. For me , I need a physical outlet to manage some of the difficult times.

Keep recording and keep calm . If she does move out , by that I mean pack most her stuff and move, talk to your lawyer first to confirm as a am not a lawyer, I would change the locks and if she arrives days later tell her she vacated the property and if she gets hostile call the police and you get get a temp restraining order granted . Site her hostile friends play the recording and if you have a doorbell camera you can prove she packed and left than you should be able to stay in the house while…

Just to follow on this I was told by my attorney that pretty much in every family/domestic law case someone is lying so people purger themselves all the time under oath. It happened to me to where her and her mother told blatant lies underoath that I could prove were lies and my lawyer said it was worthless to pursue it

Just read your previous post . You really need to get some help to sort things out. If you're drinking or doing any kind of drugs now is the time to take a break, workout , go for runs ect. Go talk to a therapist and get a lawyer to help you navigate the divorce. Try couples counseling too if you still want to pursue a marriage.

She's allowed to invite anyone she wants over, no polic officer will remove accepted guests by any party that has right to the home . Keep your cool if there are any hostilities you will likely be the one getting arrested. It sounds like you need a lawyer from this point out . Unless you can talk her off the fence than you deff need a lawyer. I had my stbx call the cops multiple times and their was no evidence of harm being done but the last time the police officer told me in front of his chief …

Well if you're able to stay in your house more than likely her temp protective order was denied. It will say so in the paperwork . Be careful about video recording anyone without their consent because that can be interpreted as harassment if it's in the house you both share where there is supposed to be a reasonable expectation of privacy. As far as the hearing is concerned they will not care about a counterclaim. If you would like to file a claim against her it will have to be a separate hearin…

Where I'm getting a divorce and in most states inheritances are separate property no matter if it was aquired before or during a marriage . Where it gets tricky is when the inheritance is used to replace or buy household items . Tell her to keep receipts but if that's the only thing she's worried about as far as a prenup is concerned she doesn't need a pre nup usually. Lots of people will tell you to get one anyways and at the rate of divorce it isn't a bad idea but I understand the reason to no…

I think you need to talk to a professional . Change can be quick , maybe you need medication or even just to talk to someone to sort yourself out . I use an app called zocdocs where I facetime a therapist. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness but I sign of strength . If your concerned about your daughters views of you your going to have to change the way you view yourself . Like I said maybe it's a chemical imbalance , I'm not a doctor but at least no one would be able to say you didn't see…

Get a lawyer and file yourself stat ! At my courthouse there was a lawyer on hand that helped people with paperwork for free. You can start there and file yourself , if this divorce is something you think you can settle in mediation ( like division of property) talk to a mediator and get her to come together. You don't need that in your life , time to move on and if you miss the dog ask for it in the divorce. Take pictures of that dude walking it and say she doesn't take care of the dog.

Also if you like this lawyer listen to his advice , especially early as they also have a right to end the relationship than you are back at square one with another lawyer
