Hey guys, I know this is a question for my attorney but currently I'm strapped for cash. Between child support and daycare is now exceeding 40% of my weekly net income. I can barely afford to pay rent and all of my bills. My ex is now stating that she needs more daycare for the kids. Relative of mine has offered to provide free child care. My children are three and two. I definitely cannot afford an increase in child care even though it is stated in my agreement that I am to split child care. Do you think I have a chance if I go to court to lower my child support due to the increase in daycare. I am in Connecticut and the two costs are separate.
