basically i was just trying to see if there's anything i can gain from being excessively obnoxious and cocky, during that one day where everyone is being obnoxious and competing for attention. but anyways i've decided to go another route for halloween now, i've found an amazing artist to do makeup/costume etc. for me.

if you know ahead of time that you'll be having the girl in your house, let your roommates know ahead of time as well, and encourage them to go out and do their own things

ask questions that provoke happy thoughts, not just "where you from?" "what you do for living?" kind of questions. for example, ask questions that get her to share a funny story or something. the process of pick up should be fun and entertaining for both you and the girl, you're not "working" to get the girl (for the most part)
