That said, my two cents......
.....her inability to stop talking about him makes me unsure of how to proceed. Given how much him and I have in common.....
Guys often get fixated in how to fix something that isn't up to them to fix. Seduction isn't a competition that you win. It's a team sport. She's not playing. Or if she is, she's playing solitaire.

Good luck, just don't make the mistake that you're somehow responsible for her actions. You don't "game" a girl into becoming a cool person or getting over their ex. They do that.
