4	Are there any skinny guys here that have no trouble getting women? If you say it’s impossible then it is. If you commit to it and get it done by any means necessary you’ll realize how easy it is. I bulked from 170 to 210 over the course of a few years eating 3500-4000 cals a day and 200+ grams of protein. It was hard but it was worth it. A protein shake can wipe out 50 or so of those grams of protein and then you just need like 20-30 grams of protein at each meal depending on how many meals you eat a day.
