Every situation with every girl is different, there is no one rule. However, you'll always know what to do when you understand your motivations. Ask yourself if you're 'just trying to keep the spark alive' by texting more, which is motivated by fear and insecurity and on some level will be communicated. Or are you texting out of a sense of enjoyment - just for the pleasure of it, which is motivated by desire and will come across fundamentally different.

Attraction does NOT require breaking rapport, teasing, or pushing. They could add a little spice to the interaction but they're not necessary. Herein lies the confusion of guys into pickup. Attraction arises when a man is courageous, decisive, purposeful and charismatic - when he embodies his masculine energy. When you embody these qualities she will be attracted no matter how much you build rapport, compliment or show vulnerability. In fact all of these things will only fan the flames of the at…

I would have asked how long she'd been seeing the dude, and then asked if it was the best time of her life. If she seemed in any way uncertain about the relationship I would have said, "My theory is, when you're seeing a guy for a for a while, you see a couple of different guys, and see which one's best (point to self with cheeky grin), and then go with that one." Kind of what I do here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwkfag0jxak If she'd been with the guy for a long time, seemed certain and to…

You only catch the side of her face for half a second with, to my discredit, a poor camera quality. It's not necessary in this case.

If it was fake than the her directions would have been to: 1) Sit in your chair, 2) Flirt, 3) Don't look back at the fucking camera! It isn't fake, but believe what you will. It's very common that girls look around upon being approached. There is zero chance she spotted my camera man as he holds the camera low while looking at his phone with the other hand. A quick turn around and snapshot of what was behind and she would have just seen a dude holding a phone, among other people in the area.

If you're texting because you're afraid to call, it's bad and right to be looked down upon. If your texting has a different motive, it's not a problem at all.

If you want to feel comfortable escalating touch with women, you have to get used to accentuating your communication with touch with everyone! When you tease a friend touch him on the shoulder and push him away a little to let him know you're joking. When you're trying to highlight a point you're making in the context of a conversation with anyone, touch them on their arm with the back of the hand at the moment you make the crucial point while looking them dead in the eye. When you're with a gir…

If you're looking for same night pulls, apologies, I'm not about to advise you on that. However, if you're looking to establish sexual relationships, be it friends with benefits or something more, try taking your time and building a little more comfort and trust. Sit her down in a quiet part of the bar/club and get to know her, find out who she is and what she's about. If she reveals things about herself that you think are cool, let her know. And if and when she doesn't open up straight away, sh…

Perfect! Really what I'm referring to is the orgasm where she has no idea, she doesn't even know it happened. I called it the silent orgasm, you could just as well call it the 'no expression orgasm'.

Your comment seems to be pointing in a few different directions. If you're lacking sexual desire, look at your diet. The drive to do well in other fields shouldn't have a huge effect on your sex drive. If it's low it's likely your diet/lifestyle. If you have sexual desire but you're suffering from a case of limp dick, I hear you, I've been there before many times. I'd say, probably against the advice of the pickup community, only have sex with a woman who you feel totally comfortable with and wh…

You lose all desire because you ejaculate. Masturbating and circulating the sexual energy does not have this effect at all. That's why I called it masturtation - a combination of masturbation and meditation. Though I've just realised it just looks like a typo :-(

Masturtation helps - masturbating without ejaculating whilst circulating the sexual energy in your body in a meditative way. Check out the work of Mantak Chia.

If she's already into you, I really would just speak my mind. Say what you want, and say it from a place of feeling, as a pure 'in the moment' expression without searching for any particular response. This is fundamentally different from the way she is used to being complimented. Most guys tell her she's beautiful in a means-to-an-end kind of fashion. In other words they say, "Hey, you're really gorgeous you know.." and then they stare at her hoping for a favourable response or a phone number. I…

Figure out what the worst case scenario is. Maybe it's that she'll think you're weird and maybe it's that it'll feel awkward walking in there again if she says no. Whatever it is just figure out what the worst case scenario is in your head, and then accept it! Accept it as a real possibility. You say it'll prob work out for the best and you're likely right, but there's always a chance that it won't and you should embrace that fully. Once you can fully embrace the worst case scenario you'll move …

1) Cultivate a sense of gratitude for all the good qualities you already have inside you, this will cause them to be even more pronounced and even more self-evident. 2) Cultivate a sense of acceptance for all the ways in which you aren't quite perfect, this will result in your imperfections being less pronounced and less self-evident.

Great observations! You are absolutely 100% on the money. The vast majority of pick-up guys are trying waaaaaaay too hard, and it shows. Women are deeply, deeply attracted to men. Very little effort is required other than taking action, being present and being unashamedly honest in the way you interact. This is paradoxically very simple and quite challenging for many of us, as we haven't quite found the comfort within ourselves to be unashamedly honest. But rest assured, making it more complicat…

I admire your honesty with yourself, that's a great first step in the right direction. Yes, I'd say practicing on your own is a great idea, less to worry about. Why not try as an exercise offering compliments to women without trying for more of an interaction than just that initially. Try and tune into feeling what you're saying and being totally present to the moment, and then just wish them a good day. If you do this well you'll find you make a good percentage of women very happy, and this wil…

It's a great idea. Even just recording the audio you'll tune into your tonality and notice where your voice isn't quite where it should be, and by becoming consciously aware of it it'll correct itself in time. Along with that you'll become conversationally more adept by hearing yourself back. If you can capture video of your body language by video, even better.

30 is a young age for a man. I met my current girlfriend at this age and I had the same mindset as you, I was looking at 25 and up ideally. However, she ended up being 19, an 11 year age gap! We've had an incredible relationship for over 3 years now. Age really is just a number, but you should be looking for some kind of maturity. As for advice on how to get some interactions in when you're out, there are a few things you can do to take the pressure off. First off, embrace your nervous energy, d…

I have coached guys of up to 47 years old talking to women in day-to-day situations. I don't see any age barrier. Needless to say the older you get, the older the age-range of who you might talk to go goes up just a little too. Even if you don't meet a girlfriend or sexual partner like that, it trains certain qualities that are universally attractive in a man; courage, decisiveness, purposefulness, spontaneity, charisma, etc. Consequently, you embrace your natural attractiveness more and more an…

She wasn't hesitant at all. We went to a cafe, she grabbed some food and me a coffee, then we went to Hyde Park and lay on the grass and chatted. Afterwards we went to a bar to have a couple shots of whiskey, at which point I made joke about being in a romantic and loving relationship, getting married and having kids, and she said she wasn't that into relationships right now and suggested being 'fuck buddies'.

I think that what makes things work over time and sustains a deep connection/attraction is a healthy sense of self-esteem. When you feel good about who you are it creates a certain level relaxation in yourself, an absence of freezing up, especially when you know she likes you. 'The 6 Pillars of Self-Esteem' by Nathaniel Branden is a great book for diving deeper into that. Btw, courage and self-esteem are, as Nathaniel Branden himself would say, mutually interdependent. In other words, if you hav…

Essentially, the conversation runs like this if you break it down in the simplest possible terms: -Hey, you're sexy. -Where are you from? -Why did you come here? -What do you do? -How old are you? -Have you dated anyone here? -What you up too today? Some more gimmicky pick-up type guys would say that these are boring topics. However, I agree with you because I believe that what makes a conversation interesting is the energy of the conversation as opposed to the topics of conversation. And I also…

Thanks brother! I think what you're trying to point out is something that I agree with, which is that courageousness and expressing vulnerability needs to be tempered by a certain social adeptness to the situation at hand.

Notably, the kind of confidence you talk about here - to know that you'll be alright, is founded on the courage to take the action in the first place - in the absence of the knowledge that you'll be alright.
/r/seduction12/03/16 10:42 PM

I would say true courageousness includes this definition of confidence you've given but also extends to taking actions that you know to be right and good even if you don't know you'll be totally 'alright', even if you know it's going to throw you off some. That's the difference. Hence, courage allows for an unlimited capacity to take action in alignment with one's core values even in the face of a true risk to one's sense of self. That's something which your definition of confidence does not per…

It's not a reflection of Models, these are my own words from a blog I published back in 2011. However, if it sounds similar to what Mark Manson writes about vulnerability in Models I'll take that as a compliment as he articulates it very well.

It does, conditionally. The condition is that you're comfortable with it, that you're one with it, and that it's you. Women don't respond so much to the words or the topics so much as they do to the energy with which they are expressed. You're correct in your assessment that a lot of people sound fake, because they're spewing out lines and gimmicks. They have a sense of comfort and ease using those lines and gimmicks and so sometimes it works out well (other times the women see straight through …

Regarding the ubiquitous nature of the idea of confidence, you're right. That's exactly why I broke it down using clear and precise definitions, to avoid such confusion.

This post was originally written on my blog in 2011, so I guess that makes me 'very cool' and not 'shame shame'. Thanks for the clarification.

There's is a world of difference between 'generally the same' and exactly the same, hence the fundamentally distinct definitions and meanings for each word. And that world of difference can impact a man's psyche in a huge way, including the way he expresses himself and the way his expression is received by women. However, if your mind makes sense of things in a black and white fashion and doesn't perceive the shades of grey, then there is nothing in this post you can benefit from.

Vulnerability appears to be a somewhat confusing topic since typically vulnerability is associated with weakness. However, the reality is that it arises from strength. The clearest example of this can be found in body language. The best body language is also the most vulnerable, with the arms down by the sides. The worst body language is defensive, where one covers up and protects parts of their body due to nerves. It takes a certain internal strength to adopt good body language and stand in a v…
