6	You're Going to be OK Good reminder, it’s easy for those not going through hard times to forget what the despair might feel like at the start of change. I think it’s ok to take at most a month for yourself and be sad, angry, hurt, and whatever else. It sucks but it’s what makes us human and we shouldn’t fight having feelings or try to turn them off to be more of a ‘man’. 2	One reply then nothing... You're right in that you're saying too much. I honestly couldn't care less about how someones day is going if I barely know them and I'm sure it's the same for them. How is your day going is more of an ice breaker in my opinion.
