While it is overall easier being a woman in western society, I'm still very happy to be a man. For women, you need to be born with good looks, or at least be born not ugly to make it in life. The best way to mitigate the chances of a false accusation is to go MGTOW. Try not to associate with women beyond professionally. If they try to pursue you at work, all you have to say is you don't date co-workers because of your own professional policy. If they try harder beyond that, make sure you're the one telling HR you're being harassed. Even if they don't do anything, you're on record first so she will have a harder time falsely accusing you of anything.
