Get some white noise machines around your house and outside your bedroom door/walls. Get some sound proofing around your room/bedroom door. it's a shortterm solution to a longterm goal but you could be more comfortable bringing girls home like this. Also discussing your adult needs with your adult parents.

I hate the answers that are like "you don't need material to read, just go out an approach." Sure it's good to just do it but I had no clue what to look for so I wouldn't know what to work on for improvment! So I spent a good few years actually reading useful material and applying it as I go along. books, especially books on conversations and communication, are extremely useful.

I'd also like to know what percentage of guys on here aren't actually going out and applying game and getting zero action. It's been a while for me too. depression hit bad so I stopped being social. Things are starting to look up, however. I'm getting back into the grove and i've learned more things I can apply when practicing game. I'm looking to build momentum.

Volume plus knowledge from the books Atomic Habits and 6 Pillars of Self Esteem. Every approach you should be 5% more conscious about making at least 1% improvements. I also recommend the books Models and Mystery Method for the timeless foundations of pickup/seduction.

point 4. Essentially this is telling young guys, or any guy to put game on hold until they have their own place. yes, having your own place elevates your game by miles. but many younger guys these days cannot afford their own place. the big issue of living with family is not the fact that you live with your family. Better inner-game is having a healthy respectful interdependent relationship with your family, and owning the fuck out of bringing girls home. tip: Get white noise machines around you…

Alcohol and coffee are the top 2 first date ideas across almost all society. They can also be abused by an individual. My take away is not to eliminate coffee and Alcohol, only to consume in moderation.

My dude thanks for this comment. I've recently learned I'm on the spectrum with ADHD and I thought "instead of looking at this as a bad thing, I can use this knowledge as a reference for what my true strengths and weaknesses are and target what parts of myself need improvement." I already realized my social anxiety comes poor communication skills. My poor communication skills come from lack of not knowing/having anything to talk about. Not knowing what to talk about comes from being boring. Bein…

Nothings better haha. Over the last year I read over 30 self help books. There were a lot of journaling exercises in them that I've practiced, eventually I cultivated my own from them. Journaling my thoughts, my dreams (meaning my dreams when I sleep), gratitude, and those exercises took me a lot further in my inner game this year alone. I pair Journaling with meditation every night. I can't recommend it enough.

You don't often see Journaling mentioned on this subreddit. It's one of the best things one could do on their self-improvement journey.

Yes there is. I've listened to a bunch of good audiobooks this past year. Here's the top 5 or 6 i can recommend: Atomic Habits, Feeling Good, A Mind for Numbers, 6 Pillars of Self Esteem, PsychoCybernetics, Think & Grow Rich. And throw in Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. They're not long reads at all and you can find them on audiobooks, and there's also summaries and discussions about them on podcast. I can't get over how far my inner game has come within the year after reading them!

I'm super certain that the story's behind his post aren't true. The same story cant be happening every week. Maybe it started as a true story, then somebody took the pictures and became a troll using them. My theory is: the original story might have been true, then it became a troll post, and now it's all copy cat trolls. Regardless of what it may be, just downvote and report the troll every time he makes a post. And make other aware that it is a troll.

The taboo thing about this is that humans are naturally attracted to other humans who have at least reached puberty. This is totally normal. In the natural world, once you've passed puberty you're basically an adult: ready to reproduce and what not. And our monkey brain wants to reproduce as soon as possible because we want to keep the species going. This has pretty much been tradition in humans for thousands of years. Especially before our average life span passed 35 years. And of course, there…

I would say it's an okay place for Daygame, but you absolutely should not work with more than one woman there. Go in, shop for what you need, and approach the one woman you see. Chat her up, attempt to close. Then go on about your business. Going in and pulling routines on multiple women will likely give you a negative reputation and you could be asked to leave. So limit grocery store sessions to 1 girl. A couple tips, be friendly and open with everybody. Engage her interests by having a basket …

In Taoism, which is what Alan Watts bases his philosophy from, there is a teaching that says: if you go looking for X, you won't find X but you will find Y. To find X, you need to forget about X and search for ABC or Y. It's like searching your couch for the remote but you found other things you forgot about but were looking for earlier.

i recommend you practice irl with real people. doesn't have to be girls. talk to the cashiers at your local market. talk to the bus driver. strike up a conversation with any random person. start small, then go big. you do not overcome shyness by talking to a pretend gf over the internet. do what i'm doing. start with day game by just telling any pretty girl that she's pretty. i'm 24 years old and working my way up the ladder. being more social. combating anxieties. stop being shy.

To Newbs: * Take OPs advice with a grain of salt. What's best course of action is to learn things you have little understanding of, PUA related, and put them into practice. For example, how to approach and open. How to hold a conversation. How to escalate and how to date close. There's much that a newb definitely needs to read and learn and practice. But once you've got the basics down, don't rely on the written material more than going out and experiencing things for yourself. You will always l…

Pro Tip for waking up early: Have a tall glass of water ready for you across the bedroom. Have a light that comes on the time you need to wake up. I have a lamp set to a timer that turns on at 7am. Do stretch and pushups immediately after you're out of bed. Make your bed once you're out of it. Open a window and get some fresh air. Been doing these things for the past month. Been waking up before 7:30am. Waking up early really helps get your shit together.

The first thing to do is overcome the fear of talking. Do not be afraid to ask anything, like "what was your day like?" "what do you do for a living?" "hey, do you speak another language?" You could get away with complimenting their glasses or pants. I learned this once i got over the notion that talking is scary. Maybe a story will cheer you up. It's called "The Ugly Barnacle." Once, there was an ugly barnacle. He was so ugly that everyone died! The end :)

Agreed. Just DO NOT execute this operation with any negative emotions. Looking/being upset about her rejecting your advances is a turn off for most girls, it shows that you're not capable of handling "no". Brush it off with a smile and still be cool while drinking that glass if water.

Nofap is good, but for the long run your should be sticking to PornFree. Yeah, nofap may boost testosterone and all that but for fresher mindset on life and women do PornFree.

Common /r/seduction advice: "bro u got 1itis. U need 2 talk to other gurls." Now delete that advice, because you have a serious chance with her. So far She seems interested in you, so you need to man up and ask her out. Do it with confidence. She might even WANT you to ask her out, and you may go your entire life regretting the chance you once had. She's never had a boyfriend? Maybe she's looking for the right guy, and she may think that's you! You gotta find out. Start slow with a date, we how …

This is a good example of why we shouldn't feel bad if we're rejected. She may be having serious issues in her life, and it's not your fault that she's rude to you. You're not ugly or weird or anything. Also, fuck your friend for lying.

'When you approach, make your goal to simply speak to the girl rather than to get her number'. This is good because if that's the goal, by just saying "Hi" you've already accomplished it, and you have nothing else to worry about. The rest comes naturally. :)

Thank you for giving a straight answer! they couldn't answer honestly because they think the question is "How successful will I be if I practice seduction?"
/r/seduction14/11/13 05:23 PM

when I ask "you" i don't mean plural. I mean it for every individual who practices seduction. I am familiar with the term "YMMV." I know that not everyone is gonna be pulling in the same amount of girls. One guy will say 20 while the other says 10. While it means nothing to you, I just want to know. Why? because i just want to know.

Storytime!!! Last day of college (for the semester). I'm sitting in the cafe, eating my lunch. All of the sudden, a beautiful girl sits down 2 tables away. The college is almost empty, so it's just me, her, and some other guy in the cafe. I thought "she's cute. I should just talk to her. it couldn't hurt." At that instant, i froze up and couldn't do it. So I left to go to the library. There, i'm working on an essay and meet a classmate of mine. He's talking, being friendly but annoying, while i'…

Stop Watching porn stop masturbating walk/jog every day be well read go out often and do things! The read/jog/going out part gives you a lot to talk about, makes you less boring. The reason we don't want to socialize is because we feel like we're boring, there's nothing about us to discuss! We fear that we'll lose the other party's interest over that. That's true, we will. But that all changes if you become a bit interesting. If you feel interesting, you'll feel confident. If you feel confident,…

the only response should be "okay, get back to me on that." then END OF CONVO! Don't talk to her again unless she give you an answer. You wait for no one! Don't say "nevermind, i'll invite someone else." because that sounds pushy/needy. instead, if you get no answer from her, just invite someone else in secret and have your fun. Post the pictures on facebook/instagram and get her jealous, showing her what she missed out on.

I can back that questions up, and lead into a conversation. I also respond with "I went vegetarian once... 6 months blah blah blah..." They don't seem too ashamed of it if you can connect with them in a way, which seems like a good thing. Gives us something to talk about

thanks :) If i ask about what they're buying, I usually say "yum! I like the coconut flavor." or "What recipes is this normally used for?" is this a bad thing? I try to stay away from making them feel ashamed. For instance, I wouldn't say "Ohh, an Enema. Anal tonight?" (Lol. I would love to say that.). I've been practicing that more recently. If i see a girl with a jogging suit on, I'll say something like "looks like you just went jogging." or "early morning jog?" (I work mornings). i got a resp…

If you can redirect me to the answer I'm looking for, rather than redirecting me to a bunch of unhelpful irrelevant links that help with of situations, that would be quite helpful and I'd thank you a lot. "Really? I just broke up with mine." Or something similar, maybe "i had a boyfriend once." Then continue to play off a story from there. (Completely bullshit a story if you want/need to) Say it with confidence! This is useful whether you're bi/curious or not. The girl will admire your feminine side, and she'll be more comfortable with you. Escalate from there.

I recently began reading the newspaper. You have a variety of topics to discuss from it, and you keep up with current issues. Not only does it come in handy when talking to a woman, but you can talk to strangers about certain topics as well. Good conversations and good practice/experience.
