Never lost it. She had an affair with someone younger who made less money and has male pattern baldness. He ghosted her shortly after separation. Her new dude is married and has bigger tits than she has. You need to let all this shit go and understand she is no longer your problem. She is someone else's problem!

Get your cards in order before you are blindsided. I had the same conclusion with my stbxw and she didn't take the easy way out. I discovered her affair, she confessed and the hand was forced. Not sure how this goes down in Turkey, but read everything you can about divorce, children, infidelity, etc. Make a plan and assume the worst outcome. You might still get out with the shirt on your back and dignity intact. Good luck!!

I'm only a few weeks out from discovering the affair. Took a week away to get my mind straight. It's literally time to live my best life. I have a plan and I'm going to execute with precision. I put my entire being into the marriage. No regrets and things did have their highs and lows along the way. Before the discovery, I had expressed we might be better off splitting up. Hyper focused on her career vs living the easy life with a healthy work life balance. She had been in an emotional affair fo…

It's already happening. I'm heading to the bike park in a few hours. I'm cherishing the last moments with my family pets. Breaks my fucking heart too but too much baggage. I was the doggy daddy wfh high income earning husband. We never got pregnant and my wife brought these animals to fill a void in our family per se. I will miss them so much so fucking much. Even now I look at my dog and all kinds of good memories flood in. But it's a pipe dream. I'll get a new dog after some time to reflect an…

I can see how guys let things go. She already said that she would do anything if I would take her back. My heart wants to be a pussy ass bitch but my mind is much stronger. It won't be better and the dynamic would breed resentment eventually. One of our issues in the past is I'm analytical and she's emotional. This is the result of following your heart vs reality of the consequences.

For sure. I need to hold myself to a high standard of integrity through the process.

Awesome. I work in finance and you would be surprised how often both parties are let go. It leads to all kinds of crazy shit per my annual compliance courses lol. I would expect that ICU nurses should be held to an even higher standard given the true life and death matter where decisions need to be made quickly. Do not dip your pen in the company ink is one of the primary self imposed rules that I apply to myself and it's fail proof. I make this easy by not getting absolutely hammered while out …

The state we live in is not nice to cheaters. Plus taking communal assets... it's not the best foot forward for her. Married 9 years.

I'll be doing a happy dance tomorrow when I get a few laps knocked out on my downhill bike. I'll be at the resort for a week. Emails, shred, conference calls, shred. It will be a nice reset from this week.

First marriage. Thought I grabbed a good one but she has issues that have been difficult for her to manage with her family. Both of us came from divorced households, so I guess it isn't my first rodeo after all. Her red line was cheating so that's what shocked me the most when she came clean. I was like holy shit is this for real? This girl would get upset at the thought of strip clubs when we dated. I didn't go to strip clubs cause I was a broke bitch so I never thought much of it. For sure tha…

Two dogs one cat. Got hitched in 2014. Certainly one of the issues was kids. I was like hey we rolling dirty what happens happens but no kids no problem either. Nothing ever happened and while she wanted to see a fertility clinic, she never made the appointment and I was ok with providing a sample to see if my swimmers are too stoned to swim. I was indifferent and it really bothered her from our discussions in counseling. Even the counselor acknowledged that while I wasn't 100% in with having ki…

There is no going back. Emotional affair is one thing. She crossed her own line. It was like a switch was flipped and I stopped loving her instantly.

I am too. I'm angry but not really sad. Packed all her shit in bags after work and that made me feel pretty good. She's making mistakes left and right. Can't wait to get a lawyer next week to give her a real taste of humble pie. She didn't take all the loot, but a significant chunk was taken and that is considered communal assets in my state. Adultery and liquidating assets... pretty sure I won't be paying alimony and I technically have the right to counter sue. That could set her professional g…
