I understand your pain, it's really awful. I've been in your situation many times and every time I felt sick in the stomach just thinking what could have been. Honestly I don't think I'll ever stop feeling like this after things end with a girl I really like, because that's how I am. However you need to understand that just because you feel bad, it doesn't mean that the general situation is bad. You and her spent time together and both of you got what you wanted from this short interaction: meet…

Well said, thanks for the advice. Key words that I'll remember: Expect her to lose interest again and cherish the memories I am creating with her in the present moment. Now I'm encountering another problem; I invited her over to sleep at my house 3 days ago and my mother is now upset, not because I invited a girl over but because I'm "forgetting about the past and what she did to me". She doesn't like her at all because of how I reacted a year ago when she went ghost mode suddenly (obviously hur…

She is just one of your classmates now. Treat her like you would treat any of your classmates. You don't need to be avoidant or cold, just be the person you've always been before meeting her. She will probably act distant or confused, but that is not of your concern, in fact, you shouldn't even notice it, because she is just another person you share your classes with. Nothing more, nothing less. Be happy of the time you spent with her and accept that things between you two ended (on a positive n…

Go back to the point you were before meeting her and resume from there. With this I meant to resume your life like it was before meeting her. Taking her out of the equation, you still have your life to live, your things to do. Obviously one shouldn't have expectations or hopes of her coming back, but leaving things in the right manner can lead to a possible new relationship in the future, if both parties are ok with it.

And if you start talking again and seeing eachother after a year would you still look for something serious with her? Should you consider the first time you dated her or start from scratch? Would you give another chance to the potential relationship or would you remind yourself of how she became distant and avoid getting into the same pattern all over again? Your message spoke to me because a year ago I was too intense with one girl, she did exactly what you said (became distant) but she didn't …

I'll leave you a comment that someone wrote in one of my posts here on r/seduction. I saved the comment because at the time I found it very helpful. Hope it helps you too: "The first rule of pickup game is that you NEVER EVER invest emotionally more than the girl does.. This equation has to remain true during initial pickup, when you are dating, after you have sex.. even if you are married for 10yrs... If you ever have more feelings for the girl than she has for you at any stage.. then it is gam…

Absolutely, context is really important. But I believe that everyone can raise their chances in making things right, if they really want to. Everyone can make mistakes, it's essential recognizing those mistakes and try to not repeat them again. Being vulnerable is not an easy thing to do, but if done right and with conscience, I think it could lead to great experiences, both with women and people in general.

And that's the trade-off in being vulnerable: - If things go well = strong emotional attraction - If things go bad = pain It's in the second scenario where your emotional strength and psyche will be put to the test. If you succeed in being at peace with yourself, you'll manage a possible rejection or pain caused by it.

I understand what you are saying and partly, it's true. It really depends on the situation and the "natural" attraction level she feels towards you, but generally speaking: Most people, especially women, fear being vulnerable and showing too much emotion. That's because of the possible negative consequences that it could have. Showing vulenerability in a modest and elegant way (and in small steps), as a man, can really help making the girl at ease and maybe open up with you. Too often some possi…

I think that true "dominance" should always come without conflict. Think about it, someone who is a true and admirable leader can sort out problems without entering in conflict with anyone, showing that the things that he/she wants to do are the most reasonable and respectable. If you enter in conflict with someone to show you are the"dominant" one, then you are just imposing yourself. The one who wants to be dominant should make people respect him/her not by fighting with everyone, but to show …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
