0	Aced a job interview, didn't get the job. Any tips? How do you brush it off? I would probably post this in /r/cscareerquestions, they'll actually have better advice than here I guarantee it. A lot of the advice here is more "just work harda" which is useless advice, esp for minorities. From my experience (and many others), getting a job through online applications rarely ever works.
