No, this is bullshit.

If this is a career type job, then no. Or at the very least be very light about it, rather than really trying to escalate/etc. A better strategy would be to be the best you can at this job, try to network and make friends with these women, then attend their parties and events and try to hook up with their friends. Attractive women always have attractive friends.

It has been my experience that while I chase a girl to have sex, they almost always chase me to have/maintain a relationship. This. Once a woman decides she wants to have sex with a guy, she'll usually want a relationship with that guy too. But the guy she doesn't want to have sex with will never be her boyfriend.
/r/seduction29/10/19 12:38 AM

That's just how women are. Maybe some other guy became more attractive and now she wants him. Maybe she got nervous you would be wanting sex and she was uncomfortable with it and backed out at the last moment. Maybe your texting made her lose attraction. Maybe she never was that interested and just said yes to be polite. Probably impossible to tell.

I’m a little more reserved and tend to just ask “how’s it going” “what are you guys celebrating” and if their answer includes an inquiry back, then I’ll pursue a little bit. edit: I thought you were OP, my bad. Compare this to Gunwitch's line that you quoted above. You come up, you ask a superficial, completely meaningless question ("how's it going"), and then HOPE that somehow she makes the conversation happen. It's all on her to make it happen, because you asked a meaningless, boring conversat…

Strongly agree with this. A guy who is super anxious and nervous and cant make eye contact and tries to come up to a woman and say that whole thing quoted above by the OP will come off as creepy and weird. A guy who is smooth and comfortable will come off as someone who is deep and "gets her", and it leads to an emotionally meaningful conversation right away (as opposed to the "do you come here often?" type conversation that is very superficial and emotionally unstimulating).

Find the underlying themes in what they are saying and then rephrase it in a way that you find comfortable, while still being in line with those themes. For example, the "walls around themselves" one is about telling her what you think she thinks about herself or her tendencies, in a way that is almost certainly correct (for anyone). The point isn't about walls, it's about having a conversation that starts from you "getting" her by asking/tellling her how she views herself. It immediately makes …

This is good advice.

Don't put any more effort into this girl. You made plans for a second date, she cancelled, you asked her out again, and she didn't respond. The ball is firmly in her court to make things happen now. If it doesn't, it's because she's uninterested, not because you didn't try hard enough to make it happen. In other words, she knows what you want, and the only thing stopping another date from happening is what she wants. There's no value in repeating what you want (a date), because she already knows…

Would not suggest doing this. You'll notice as well that the woman in the video said it's "endearing", which is not at all related to being sexually attractive. If you disagree, please go ahead and try this, then try pretending to be confident, and let me know how it goes. Remember, if you pretend to be confident for long enough, you will become confident. That's how we learn.

This is a good response, but why are you stickying your own comment?
/r/seduction15/10/19 04:11 PM

Thanks. Any other books for general social skills or anything else that stood out?
/r/seduction28/09/19 03:29 AM

Would you mind sharing what your favorite books / other resources are for learning sales? And for game? I'm interested in what you've found to be useful, as you clearly have tested it all out and are coming from a place of genuine experience.

All the flashy game lines are absolutely useless and will lead you nowhere if they aren't accompanied by a strong social foundation. Great point, and rarely respected here. Most people here are socially awkward and spent most of their time in front of a screen. They have few friends, and those friends tend to also be social awkward. Thus they have poor general social skills. Trying to skip right to the end, right to the specialist skills of flirting etc, doesn't make much sense. Much better bett…

Nobody would care, or not care enough to kick you out, which is all that matters. Literally go in the first day and tell the teacher you're here because you're socially awkward and think this would be a great way to learn to be more socially natural.

Fantastic post. Unfortunately this sub is largely frequented by people with minimal attention span who want "one weird trick" to get laid, so you won't get too many upvotes, but you deserve them. Really show the power of commitment and a willingness to deal with reality: a lot of people hide behind "I'm autistic" and don't push themselves to grow, even though it's often just a label than can be worked on and functionally overcome. I'd also add that your journey is actually similar to the journey…

Not a big deal. Just laugh along with them if they bring it up and treat it as a funny little thing that really doesn't mean anything at all. If you handle it that way it shows that you're comfortable with talking about sexual things. It's not a big deal to you. Women like that.

Yes, in the sense that if you seriously work at it you can be dating women who you would have considered completely of your league before. No in the sense that you will not learn some magic trick or technique that will get any woman to sleep with you. It's a long, gradual path of learning what is fundamentally a social skill, and transforming yourself into someone who is more attractive to women than before. There is no "one weird trick" that will have women throwing themselves at you, just lots…

The point of texting is to set up a meeting in real life. You aren't going to have sex through your phone. Since she already showed interest in you and gave you her number and now you're texting, bluntly ask to meet up with her. "Hey, there's this [place in your city] I want to [try/go to/whatever], want to come?" If she says no and doesn't attempt to reschedule just move on with your life. Next time remember that texting before meeting up is just plain bad. You're giving her validation without …

Low self-esteem. You don't respect or admire any woman who would find you attractive, because you think you're low value, and therefore any woman who would want a low value man must be pathetic herself. Up your self-esteem and you'll fix it.

Google the book (pdf version) of "magic bullets" by Savoy and find a way to download it. It's a full guide, start to finish.

To be honest I have no idea what's going on. All I know is that this girl didn't want you to wear a condom, and that the best way to handle it is just to be clear that you have a policy to always wear a condom until you get tested together, then just move on. She either lets you wear a condom or you don't have sex with her. She may be sleeping around, maybe not, but it doesn't really matter. edit: Wait, I get what you're saying: if she's sleeping around with other guys (and apparently doesn't li…

Agreed. It's like wanting to be good at playing basketball: going to the gym, working on your flexibility, going out running to improve your cardio, working on your reflexes, etc, all of that is great and improves your athleticism, but you also gotta put yourself on the basketball court and learn how to handle a basketball, how to shoot, how to get around a defender, etc. You can't learn that in the gym. Same with game. You can get a great job, have great hobbies, have awesome friends, but if yo…

"It's not you, I just always wear condoms until we get tested together. Best for both of us." Then change the subject.

Set small goals. Going to a party and trying to both A) break into a conversation and B) have a conversation with people that everyone (including yourself) enjoys is actually pretty hard. In terms of social skills, that's close to the final boss. Start by going out to more structured social events where you are forced to interact with people, or it's organized that way, rather than having to try to join a group conversation. For example, go to a martial arts place a couple times a week, go to an…

I respect her reasoning and fully understand why she said this. What she says and what she feels are not necessarily the same thing. She might not even be aware of it herself. It could be the truth, but I doubt it. It's possible she started to feel awkward or nervous, and cancelled the date for that reason. May she woke up the next day, and realized she was just in a great mood last night and now she feels less enthusiastic, and so she's going to cancel. Maybe she decided she wanted to do someth…

It's good to be honest, but saying "no" first creates the idea that you are doing something bad, which she no doubt picked up on. Think of two men who are asked the same question by different women: Guy A responds: "Yeah, I'm seeing someone else as well, she's really cool but we're just casual. No commitment. What about you?" Guy B responds by breaking eye contact, saying "uh... no", then 5 minutes later saying in a rush "actually there is another girl I'm seeing I'm sorry about that I know it's…
