I would rather stay in the comfortable shittiness than be uncomfortable and strive for something more. I don't want that to be a part of me any longer and I think being consistent in lifting & frame is going to help me.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice, especially just getting everything ready myself. I read some of these comments before today's afternoon excursion. Began packing the bag 30 min before departure and she took over. Did some passive aggressive, taking stuff out that I put in bs, but I ignored it and the job was done the way that I wanted it.
