No, I think the actual problem with women's "preference" relies on the fact there is a fucking imbalance between the two, and shows how much power women have in the dating world. For example, height. Being taller than your partner is mandorty for the majority of women. Sure there are women that would date a man short(er) than themselves but accordingly, they are rare/in the minority, and from my experience, I haven't met one of those types of women yet.

Short guy expresses that he has trouble dating, but he went on a date with a girl he was hopeful about. It seems like she's having a good time, but the next day she ghosts him and adds a height requirement to her profile. This is why I don't do online dating because of stories like these. This makes me worry. Pretty much every comment is either "I know a 5' guy who slays" and "It's because of your insecurity" I guareenteed you those same people have probably only seen a few short men that slay, …

If a guy gets rejected because of his body, he can change his diet or workout. You can't do anything about height, first and foremost. A face is highly subjective, with height there are plenty of studies have shown there is a strong preference among women for tall men(or men taller than them). I guess It matters not to you because you aren't (super) short, and not affected by it, so of course, you wouldn't care.

Depends on how (super) short the male is. And which from my experience, I received comments from girls that I am "cute", or "I have a nice body", or "I have a nice face", but then they said my height was a problem they can't overlook. it's frustrating. No one is saying if you're average height-tall doesn't mean your other physical features is going to be overlooked. A man's height is what keeps him from getting an instant rejection and is given a chance.

Let me get this straight. So unless they are super short — below 5'5" — then all the other features don't matter? I don't think this is a stupid question. You'd be surprised just how much a women care about height.

unfortunately, for the shorter guy he’s below 5’5 so every girl at work has written him off I dislike reading comments like these because it is true — It sucks.

We're hostile and sensitive because we're seen as less masculine, or "creepy" or "disgusting", or seen as a joke among the eyes of society, & etc. While tall men are seen & praised for the opposite. There is a reason why there's a different breathe of atmosphere in r/short & r/tall If you had taken the time to observe & understand the two ends.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
