I have not done that as I don't have a fixed address for VA in the UK secondly there is a cost involved for legal action I could pay yet another £1000 or so and still leave with nothing.

My friend don't be afraid of any legal backlash read my main article they have threatened me with legal action twice. It has survived on PUA fraud and PUA hate for a long time I guarantee you reddit is under no threat. In the unlikely event you hear from them then point them to my contact details above. Don't allow these bullies to smother my or your voice.

If he shows up then yes I'll call the Police I doubt the police would do anything. I think I might give 101 a call soon and get it logged see if they do anything. I just thought most of those efforts would be vain. We need to get this some points.

I think I mentioned it in conversation to him and he was regurgitating what I said earlier. He doesn't have my forwarding address he was bluffing to make me think one of his thugs was en route. It was a previous employer he quoted anyway and I don’t have a bank account with them. I’ve had lots of jobs with this recession so for me going “name my employer” was a good way to see what cards he was holding. He has my parent’s address which is useless as it’s on the Isle of Man.

I agree with you for the most part. I had every intention to pay for the services, after all I had no reason not to. I had however thought I was not getting anything out of the training and spending huge amounts of money on it. The tipping point came after the threats at which point I thought the ONLY concern of VA was MONEY. He removed all reverence when he began the threats. Had no threats been made point 1 would have developed very differently. The threats are the defining moment.

I have been offered a refund of aprox $4,000 which has been promised to me but Discovery is refusing to do so. The cost of the one to one was £2000 I have paid £1000. I intended to pay £1000 but stopped communicating with him at which point he began threatening me so I ended the relationship without paying the £1000 owed. This on top of the previous expense I endured of £7416.

Perhaps you're right. But to me I couldn't work with someone if they were treating me like that if I walked in tomorrow and my boss gave me a similar calibre of invective I would resign. Which is exactly what I have done. In this case to add insult to injury I have paid £8416 and the man refuses to refund me even though I only did half the course. I think this is a strong warning to anyone who wants to take a bootcamp or the coaching program.
