2	FP: One Year Later About three years ago I was a hot shot powerlifter setting records etc, ended up injuring my back. Was extremely depressing and hard to find motivation to get back into the gym made me extreme BP, best thing I did was man the fuck up and get through those doors each time you go it gets easier and you get "bitten by the iron bug". I am now at my lowest body fat percentage, weight considerably less and can now squat well over 500lbs. Does wonders for the confidence.	/r/TheRedPill	31/10/14 10:40 PM
