I'm a new comer to reddit, and some how managed to find my way to the mecca that is TRP, over the last few days I have begun to implement TRP thinking into my everyday, all ready I am beginning to notice how other women act around me and other men perceive me.

However I am no pro and as such am still developing the mind set to "hold frame". As such I come looking for advice on how to handle a situation involving my ex-gf. We dated for 2 years, I broke it off with her eventually after much debating with my self (beta) as I wanted to focus on my self and my career and I knew she was holding me back (took me about a year of releasing this before i broke it off with her, extremely beta). Before dating her I was banging multiple girls, was in good shape and confident in my person. After breaking up with her in May i am back to my old self I have multiples on the go (still learning not to chase) am back in great shape and focusing on my career and money.

4 days after the break up I had a chick in my room when she called, i hadnt blocked her number by this point and so i answered it after a breif exchange of words she realised i had another girl in my room and drove over to my house, i refused to let her in whereby she threw a tantrum in the street throwing a bunch of presents i had gotten her at me and demanding i return the gifts she had bought for me. This is my major mistake i broke frame and gave into her demands returning the gifts. A few hours later i get a phone call with her in tears asking me to go to her place and pick up the gifts i refused and blocked all contact with her.

Up until a few days ago i hadnt heard/thought about her when i get an email in my account demanding i go and pick up the gifts again. How do I implement the TRP mindset in this situation? Do I email her saying i want to never be contacted by her again and leave it at that. Or do i set a time and tell her to be there if she is not, not my probel. I then collect the gifts and inform her in person never to contact me or my family again and leave?

A long post but I feel background information is needed for context.
