I was in a teacher v teacher relationship. And alcoholism is a nature of the job. I don't think it's the end all, but address your partner's alcoholism. Take the summer and let her detox and clear her mind. If she won't then that's an issue.

Right! The whole point of marriage in religion is the upbringing of kids. If you don't plan on having kids then marriage is nothing but some sham teenage level promise ring. Have fun, be with someone, and write a will of your assets to be transferred in your death. Way better than getting married if you don't plan on having kids.

Stoicism says "don't do it for honor" Pragmatists say "gimme my shit back" depends on how you roll. With current feminist trends, cancel culture, anti male court system and precious metal/gem markets I roll with the pragmatist camp.

WOW! Crazy story. I hope things get better for ya. At least you have a strong paying career right now. I can't imagine being with someone for that long, and supporting them to get the boot. Fuck. Thoughts are with you OP

Yeah, you're worrying too much. For some women it's a turn on and means you can "go the distance". If you find the right person it won't matter either way. A college friend of mine likes dating older men, and she got married 2 years ago to a divorced guy 10+ years older than her. And it wasn't a quick courtship, they we're together and dated for over six years before getting engaged. Would you rather date someone in the late 20's where things didn't workout in a marriage, or someone in their lat…

"His entire report was just fancy words saying I'm a dangerous violent inattentive piece of garbage. He made direct recommendations that I not get the kids." That's why she had you go so she could have ammo for the courts. Get another assessment that's not biased.

Reading the other replies OP, I would direct this post to a psychology sub. You're going to mainly get nothing by biased responses IMHO. Current internet "vernacular" to describe anyone you don't like or is on your shit list now a days, is a "toxic" "narcissistic" "Bi Polar" BP" etc....when the term simply used to be "a piece of shit". If you want more professional answers that could probably help ID an individual with those traits I'd go there, or really only look at the responses here where th…

By that point babies will be made in incubators so it won't matter. And no I don't agree with those views, just providing some of their "re-framing" sadistic view points on how it can be positive pertaining to the subject.

Alot of those feminists will be fine with it since it will help lower the population to better the environment and save the earth from climate change. Elites will be fine with it since it's thinning the herd, and the strong will procreate. Kind of heard a similar mantra in history.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
