Technically there are slightly more women than men but there are slightly more single men and than single women. This is for NYC. About 2 hours. I split my weight lifiting from my cardio. 50 minutes of weight lifting + 10 minutes of abs + 10 minutes of stretching. 30 minutes of Zone 2 then another 10 minutes of stretching. The 4x4 is about 45 minutes. Done once a week.
